Hi Nigel, your chair was due to be delivered on Friday 29th July, you came into the showroom on Wednesday 27th and specifically asked for it not to be delivered on Friday, which was fine and we re-scheduled for you, these reviews automatically go out to arrive around the original delivery date. (in your case Fri 29th when you have left this review) This is an unfair review when we have only tried to accommodate your delivery dates.

“Last week I bought an office chair as a replacement for my old one. Joel advised on the best ones for me to choose from according to my requirements. This was just as well as there was so much choice. It was easy to assemble the chair at home but unfortunately it wasn’t high enough - I have a trestle table. However, it was easy and relatively cheap to order a different gas lift. Again Joel was helpful with his advice. I have no hesitation in recommending Atlantis Office in Colchester.”

“Great service and fast delivery. Unfortunately, the chair itself is pretty uncomfortable. There's insufficient padding at the front of the seat so my legs go numb, and I can't configure the back rest in any way that doesn't give me backache. Oh well.”

“Purchased a Louvre Home Desk, together with new replacement chair. Spoke to the staff on numerous occasions, and changed my mind several times. Nothing was too much trouble, irrespective of how many many times l called. Delivery firm (not related to Atlantis), caused a couple of problems. Not sure, but l thinks the ladies name was 'Lisa' she was very helpful, and managed to resolve any issues l had. Would certainly purchase other items in the future; very impressed. Shame l can only award 5 stars!!!”
