“My picture arrived in perfect condition - the packaging was excellent. My only criticism would be that it took a long time to come in stock. Service was courteous and helpful.”

“Bought a couple of Macneil prints which were in a sale but due to stock not being available they took 19 days to arrive. Staff were very helpful and carriage is very reasonable”

“Having placed my order I was told as it was a special order that delivery would be approximately 3 weeks.This turned out to be the case so I was quite satisfied with the service as my order was safely delivered.”

“Quick delivery and good quality. Could do with a confirmation email which advises of expected delivery date, however I did contact via email to ask and received a very speedy response followed by updates. All delivered within timescale so can't ask for more than that.”

“Very friendly to deal with. I'd prefer a more specific delivery window than the 9am-5pm slot offered - but the store did their best to make sure I didn't miss the delivery.”

“Very sound process - web site easy to navigate, purchase process simple and straightforward and order fulfillment timely - not overnight (wasn't a requirement for me) but I had the goods within a couple of days or so. Would be very happy to use again.”
