“Rug has great colours and thickness, but lots of fluff still comes off despite numerous hoovers.”

“Good price for a product I've been looking for quite some time now. Poor communication as they never returned my email and a bit slow in dispatching times but at least that's clearly mentioned on the product's description page on the website. Would gladly buy from them again though.”

“When I purchased my recent art work from the web site, I was was informed that delivery would be between 4 - 5 weeks! On reading this I was very disappointed that it would take this long! But to my surprise the art was was delivered to me 5 days later! Very confusing!! Despite this I am very pleased with my picture. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with my purchase which arrived safely - due to the superb packaging. The picture which is hanging up in my lounge goes perfectly with my decor and cheers me up when I look at it. My only disappointment was with the delivery time. Although the website states delivery will be approximately 7-10 days, I had to wait more than 3 weeks.”

“The light arrived very quickly and the order was accurately processed. After we had fitted the light in the kitchen - which worked perfectly - we were disappointed with the quality of the light it produced. A nasty white colour which produced a death-mask appearance. We moved it into a room that we barely use and will purchase a different one for the kitchen!!”

“After my initial annoyance at having paid yet still having to wait over a month to receive my goods, I was delighted to find that they arrived very carefully packed and in pristine condition. In the interim, I'd had a couple of telephone conversations and email exchanges with the company - apologetic but clearly explaining the situation to me, restoring my confidence in my original order.”
