“Paula instantly put my 7 year old daughter at ease and explained all the tests in age-appropriate language which my daughter and I both appreciated. Paula took time to understand our concerns and had a lovely manner with my daughter. The consultation was thorough and constructive. Thank you!”

“I had been having problems with my hearing aids where speech was distorted. Jenny was brilliant taking time over several sessions to firstly ensure that we selected the correct domes to suit my hearing loss and the shape of my ear canal. She then modified the amplification provided across frequency and loudness to maximise the assistance provided. Showed great persistence and professionalism ensuring I gained the maximum benefit possible from my hearing aids. I can't praise her enough. Aston Hearing provides a very friendly and professional service I highly recommend them.”

“This review is based on my experience with Amersham branch over a number of years. I have always found all personnel that work at A.H. Amersham to be highly skilled and professional plus they are also very friendly. I would recommended Aston Hearing 100% to any body that requires Audiology service.”

“From living in denial that I needed help, to finally agreeing to wear a pair of hearing aids (that are truly transforming my experience of hearing what is 'really' going on around me), Aston Hearing and especially Paula, have been remarkable. Throughout the process, they have been open, honest and patient whilst going through the process of testing various hearing aids before making a final choice. Paula's passion for her specialist science is quite infectious, and it is no wonder she has won converted prizes in the past for being Audiologist of the Year both here in the UK, and Europe. Great experience - What price for hearing a Nightingale sing!”

“I went to Aston Hearing Services because of the build-up of wax in one ear had left me almost deaf in that ear. The process of clearing the wax was carried out in a most professional manner with a full explanation beforehand of what to expect. Afterwards, I was able to see that the wax had been removed by means of a camera and monitor. The end result was that I had my hearing restored.”
