We have just finished having a large piece of work done by Aspect. It is absolutely brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending, but I have reduced to 4 stars simply because the start date was delayed by 2 days last minute. I do understand this happens, but we would have appreciated more notice.

I have already written one review. The service from the plumber was excellent. Backup and accounts not so good. The invoices were muddled and incorrect, later reviewed and amended. I also asked for a parts invoice in case things went wrong in future and proof of purchase was needed for guarantee purposes. No reply or communication has so far been received. This seems to emphasise the fact that the backup to repairs is not very good at all. I wonder if I'll ever hear anything!

Electrician John Hickey was very friendly and helpful. He arrived late (I think because of traffic) but stayed well into the evening to complete the work. It was all done neatly and satisfactorily.

They helpfully provided same-day service for a gas boiler breakdown [& also carried out the annual service]; the engineer was prompt, courteous and reasonably efficient. There was a serious problem with overcharging on the account, due to extras; Aspect were a bit slow in responding to the complaint, but it was resolved; they were also a bit slow in refunding the over-payment. They are a bit expensive, but I would still consider using them again.

We are always aiming to have the best service possible for our clients, and therefore, prices can seem high however we always try to remain competitive with other companies. One way to get cheaper prices is to keep an eye on our mail marketing, where we often send discounts to our customers.

Efficient engineers arrive within that hour rather than some Potemkin hour. I will only book Aspect for all my house issues. They seem to know what they are doing. They carry out the job professionally too. Customer Service division need to concentrate on bookings rather than give incorrect dates and times. That wastes customer time having to contact to have it rectified.

Dear Ms. Williams, we are happy that our engineers were able to help you with your property care issues. We always try our best to make sure booking times don't change, however, previous jobs can sometimes overrun which has a knock on effect. Your feedback will definitely be taken in consideration while improving our systems.

Aspect were clean and tidy. They performed the job as requested within the hour allocated. Very professional finish in the bathroom and would use them again.

Great to be able to get a convenient appointment (i.e. evenings and weekends) on relatively short notice. Good work done efficiently. Final invoice went up considerably from the quote for reasons nobody has explained, but this was amended without much hassle when I pointed it out.

Excellent plumbing tradesman sent out, and we found it handy to have all services under one umbrella. I could have done with an invoice sent out in advance of billing to know exactly how much I would have to pay. Otherwise, great company and service.

The estimator was punctual and helpful. However, it does take too long for Aspect to process things. I should like to see a quicker turnaround.
