The plumber was good - completed the job quickly and efficiently. Not 5 stars because of the mis-quoting on the price. so that I was initially charged at a higher rate than was appropriate. However, quickly and pleasantly resolved..

The engineer worked well and thorough for my toilet. Although he made a mistake by getting the wrong thing to be replaced, he acted responsibly by reducing the time used to get it from the total servicing time. On the other hand, call centre acted rudely when dropping my call many times when I called them for a number of inquiries. If they could not answer my questions, they will say that they will connect me with other departments then hang up. Hence, minus one star for this experience.

Chris was very friendly, presented himself well. The work was completed in an hour. He offered to clean up, which I thought was really nice of him. I'm very happy with his work and will continue to use Aspect in future.

Boiler service - engineer was puntual and called before with an estimated arrival time. Issues with the boiler and advice on what to consider in future were explained clearly. Overall good service.

Did a good job fixing some guttering for me. Only got the 4 stars as they arrived 30 minutes late and I didn't receive a call. Really very good other than that though.

Dear David, thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, sometimes engineers can get a bit of traffic or even get hold up in previous jobs, which could have caused the delay, although you should have got a call for sure. We will pass your feedback to our customer care team.

Did a good job fixing my boiler. I did drop them one star as he was 15 minutes late. May seem harsh, but I would have expected to be informed he was going to be late.
