Took a Tassimo coffee maker that was faulty leaking red hot coffee &water after 3weeks if use .couldn't find receipt .have still got it .but couldn't find it on the day.Cusyomer service straight away called for a Supervisor.who blateetly said without your receipt even if it's leaking hit fluid .I can't get a exchange or refund .I didn't want a refund. But she was so rude & intimating .I'm nearly 70 yrs .Have worked in retail for over 70 yrs for Top retailers .Never in my career.have I ever spoken to a customer as bad & rude as she did ..Going back to Tesco .Asda big mistake .You want to give your so called Supervisors more training on how to speak to customers .Who keep them in a job šŸ‘šŸ˜”

I did my shopping at marus Bridge asda and I purchased two bag. One of the bags wasn't even full and the handle snapped, the lady putting my shopping through had the cheek to charge me for another bag, she didn't for a minute think the handle on the bag could have been faulty. That's not at all good customer service.

This Asda doesn't honour the current Blue Light Card discount, unlike every other Asda in the country!!!

Wigan asda is going down the drain! Many incorrect prices displayed, hardly any shop floor staff to help and dirty disgusting toilets!!! I have been shopping in this store for forty years and this is the worst it has ever been. Tesco is a much better store, cleaner with more happier staff.

Used to be a regular customer at Asda for our weekly shop but got fed up with long checkout queues. Tried again today to see if there had been any improvement, but sadly not. Only four tills were open, one of which was for handicapped shoppers, and tumbleweed blowing through the other 10 or so check-outs. Yet there were six staff wandering about the self-service queues, it really beggard belief. Get your customer service act together Asda, people have a choice!

In store was fine, the car park is absolutely terrible, came along with a 3 year old and a 6 week old couldn't get parked in mother and baby due to people with do children being parked there... as for the trolley parks they are full of smokers keeping them selves dry whilst poisoning everyone else whos getting a trolley , they use them as a smoking shelter

I visited Asda today at 5.40pm on the 3rd April 2021. I went to buy a pizza from the make your own pizza selection, I waited there and 2 female members of staff just looked at me and turned there backs to me and ignored me, I then asked nicely if they are still making the pizzas and the young girl was rude to me and just ignorant. I donā€™t understand why staff members think itā€™s ok to treat customers like that, being rude is not called for and I bet when they had there job interviews they didnā€™t behave like that! If the 2 ladies from the Wigan store see this I hope you learn some polite customer supervise skills or get a new job you actually want to do.

Cant believe customers are still walking round in store with no face masks, didnā€™t feel safe, so bought two cooked chickens then came out, customers even walking round in dressing gowns, the store just felt so scruffy, to top it off my chickens where hard and burnt!! Will not be returning. You donā€™t get this in marks and Spencerā€™s

Told to socially distance by a member of staff even though 2 metres plus away. However more than a third of customers not wearing masks. It is disgraceful, someone should be at the doors checking people do wear them. When we tackled security person, she argued with us about it and was very rude. My local Asfa supply masks as you enter by a member of staff. The only thing you may get as a bargain is likely to be coronavirus. Will be taking this matter up with the local MP

WHY EVERY TIME YOU GIVE DIFFIRENT INFORMATIONs BY DIFFIRENT STAFFSļ¼Ÿ The other asdas are unlimited to buy and thereā€™s no any limited to buy notice in the baby milk area.

This morning most of the cashier operated tills were closed and there were big queue's at the ones that were actually open. Despite repeated announcements to get more cashiers none seemed to turn up. Asda can't seem to get their head around the fact that most people don't want to use their self-service tills. All in all very poor customer service.
