Who is the buyer for Asda clothing!! Awful dowdy range. Dated dresses and shoes!! Needs updating & a new buyer bought in! Terrible choice of clothing. Ok if u only wear jeans! Weymouth deserves better!!

Awful, freezers and fridges dirty. The shop smelled, flowers on sale were dead, limited and poor range of products, empty shelves, expensive. Made Lidl and Aldi look high end. Don’t bother - whatever happened to Asda? Last time I visited they didn’t even have any carrier bags to buy.

Just had a meal at the cafe, cheeseburger and chips the chips were uncooked and the burger tasted like it was microwaved the outer edges of the burger were hard and crunchy almost like it was freezer burnt, wasn’t given a receipt either

14th of July 2023, my delivery from ASDA's was between 4 and 5:00 we got a message at five to four to say that how shopping delivery had been delivered, it however never arrived on calling the store we were informed they would refund us and that's all they could do, I save the English people don't want to work bring foreigners in that can do their job, just to let everybody know as does new express delivery does not work and they were going to charge us £8.50 for delivery of our shopping, my husband has waited for the rain to stop now and has gone out on his mobility scooter to re-shop, shame on ASDA's and their delivery people, shame shame on you 😠😚

zero star rating an extremely rude Asda employee shouted as I walked past after shopping today I ignored his comment but intend to go into the branch tomorrow and report his inappropriate comment. Incredibly rude behaviour to a customer.

I spoke to one of your colleagues 2 hours ago regarding the food bank trolley which was overflowing and items were falling on to the floor. I was told in a surly manner that it's nothing to do with us. Not very helpful!!

Delivery order made for 11.12.21 between 8pm and 10pm. 4pm received a text to say on way, and followed on the app to see that the driver was 2 stops away (4 hours early, but thought ok, that's fine). However, driver didn't turn up, and at 10pm the order was cancelled by Asda. I rang to find out why, and was told the driver couldn't find my address. I was in all day, and I have a mobile, which they could've rung to tell me.

What an awful supermarket. ASDA Weymouth, was my supermarket of choice for many years. However, approximately 12 months ago, I decided that I should try alternative supermarkets as my shopping experience at ASDA was always unpleasant. This week, I decided to pay ASDA another visit. I quickly realised that things have not improved. Two of the three lifts were out of service, many of the tills have been taken away and have been replaced with self service checkouts, some members of staff that were picking shopping (I assume for online customers) were clearly showing no consideration for other shoppers. Many members of the general public are rude and inconsiderate as they go about their shopping. Although I realise that ASDA cannot be accountable for the conduct of their customers, this doesn't appear to be as great a problem in other supermarkets that I use. Regarding the issue of self service checkouts, they are incredibly frustrating to use, regularly requiring the intervention of a member of staff (when you can get the attention of someone), and make for a very impersonal way of shopping. I, like many others, prefer to interact with a member of staff at a till. Unfortunately, this leads to lenghty ques at the few remaining tills. I will use ASDA when it is the most convenient option available to me. However, I will continue to shop with alternative retailers for the majority of my shopping.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Andi who helped me and my daughter in law last Wednesday 19/6/19. We had trouble trying to sort out a photo cake as the software was not compatible with our iPhones. Andi helped us organise a photo and as it was very late in the day immediately arranged for the bakery department to scan on to the cake, I think the lady’s name was Yvonne. A very big thank you for going above and beyond.

So I went to this Asda in waymouth and found that the people in the general public are very rude and need to learn to say please and thank you, also I bought some lovely fluffy white chocolate chip cookies which would have gone perfectly with a nice pint of milk which I bought for 49p I was very excited to sit on the beach and drink my milk and eat my cookies, once I got myself comfortable I cracked open the cookies and they were great! I went to open my great British milk and found that it was already open and it smelt rancid it was completely off, not only did Asda ruin my cookies and milk they sullied their good name as a company as It will be my life’s mission to stop people buying milk to go with their cookies from Asda. This complaint will not reflect upon the fine dairy farmers of Great Britain I respect them as they make me happy when milk is fresh and sealed! I will be spreading the word through all social media platforms to make individuals aware of the cause #bringfreshmilkback#itscominghome
