Just letting you all know there is no spin the wheel or Xmas box for a prize so don't deliberately go out your way to spend £5 expecting toget something added to your rewards.

Used the self service check out and had to find a member of staff to get a carrier bag. Then the member of staff has to scan the bag(s). So they trust you enough to scan your own groceries, but not a carrier bag that use to be free anyhow. Getting less cashier tills and more self service ones. So less staff needed, so saves money, but this isn't reflected in the prices

If you are going to put scan and go in your stores can you please make sure they are charged or there is enough to go round not stuck in a basket at the check out.

Really hate this place now. We have taken the decision to shop elsewhere. Constantly no baskets at the entrance. And now the staff have to guard the carrier bags which means waiting for a member of staff to request one..

I really hate this place. I've totally stopped shopping there. More self check outs, less staff on Tills. Never any baskets at the entrance. Have to go hunting for one. Prices no longer competitive. And now they don't have carrier bags out. You have to seak a member of staff, and request one..

Asda is getting ridiculous they are putting prices up yet again whilst other stores are bringing prices down they are becoming the biggest disgrace in the food industry

The Uber delivery drivers are still using the disabled parking bays at Asda Kingswood, Hull. We as disabled drivers often cannot get a parking space. Why are Asda allowing this to happen, it is actually illegal for them to park in these bays. So again why is it happening.

I bought £100 phone for for my my daughter. The customer service is beyond terrible. The phone was 2 days old and they wouldn't even swap it. I'll never buy or shop on-line ever again!!!😠

The staff are nice, but the volume of music is ridiculous, you can't hear what the person next to you is saying. I went to the pharmacy, and they at to lower their masks and stand quiet close to be heard. The excuse they give is it is head office, i've used many Asda throughout the country, and their musuc isn't this loud. I have stopped shopping here.

Went to Asda kingswood hull today and a lovely assistant I think her name was Jeanette scanned my shopping for me on the card only till and was very pleasant and went slow so I could pack my shopping .Some assistants are rude so it’s nice to meet one who is friendly and helpful.

I feel i really need to write something about the constant incidents in Asda of a product having a yellow label stating the price is lets say for example reduced from £3 to £2 then when you go to the checkout its actually £3. Or buy two get on free and you dont. This isnt a one off, its all the time. Even today whilst waiting in the checkout queue, a guy in front of me was complaining to the poor checkout woman about the price he thought he was buying something for, not matching the price he was being charged. Whats going on Asda? he price at the till. This has been going on for years.

I found the some of your disabled bays, especially the ones adjacent to the McDonalds full with the uber drivers cars tonight when we visited 22/12/2021 at 10pm. This seems to be the norm of late, and as a driver with a disabled family member I find it unacceptable Asda are allowing this.. Management need to enforce a no parking policy to delivery drivers within the disabled parking bays..

So rude some of the staff that you employ. No customer service speak to you like something they have trodden in. Absolutely disgusting. If I was to treat people like I was treat/spoken to today in my job I would have been sacked by now.

Visited the post office in Kingswood Asda regarding a vehicle tax update. The lady that served me wasn't sure how to do it it/ she said I had to make a phone call and I had to get a new letter which I knew wasn't the case. She said it was and she wouldn't do it. I had previously done it there no problem. I did what she said to be told, no, I didn't need a new letter. I went to a different post office and they sorted it in 2 mins. Staff need better training. It seems if they are unsure how to do something they fob you off.

Just finished shop at Asda Kingswood (21.30 so not busy!) Used self service till & it went wrong ( not my fault). Attend cleared fault & I acknowledged this with a thank you. Not a flicker of acknowledgment. Come on guys, customer care should be No1 priority. Really disappointed. Do you not value your customers? Without us, no jobs etc!!

Ordered online shop rang by store told no driver for delivery, so we opted to go to store and pick up groceries, a round trip of 30 miles! We were told our groceries would be bagged ready to pick up at customer services. Arrived at store to collect shopping, however they were brought to us in delivery crates, told them unacceptable and to get the bags we were promised, the assistant said to me don’t get mad at me mate and walked off ! Stood 10 minutes so we had to take shopping to car in the crates so fed up put them came home. Rung customer services demanded to be put through to head office, made formal complaint was told someone will ring from store. My wife received a abusive phone call from someone stating they were the manager of George home and leisure, this person came out with you’ve made some money out of us those crates are £5 each this person didn’t know my wife’s name or our address, this was highly suspicious! I’m a retired Police Chief inspector so we’re extremely concerned, this so called manager was extremely abusive and aggressive on the phone then slammed the phone down on my wife!! I rung Asda head office again to escalate the complaint and report the abusive phone call. So as it stands I’m waiting for another reply from the head office. Asda were marvellous during lockdown. Not so now this is the first time and the last time we go to Asda kingswood, the staff are an absolute disgrace rude, abusive and aggressive!

Just been in Asda kingswood store and why have the floor signs been removed for people waiting at tills? Also no management of queuing at tills as we still have this covid virus going around. People not wearing masks properly it's awful. Didnt enjoy shopping there at all
