“Beautiful and comfortable. I’m on my 4th pair of Arthur Knight shoes. The shoes are excellent in quality and very comfortable. My shoes came very promptly and the service from the team is first rate. The sizing is spot on and I won’t use any other company for footwear.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase from this company. After speaking to a lady called Sharon, I discovered they are based just a few miles away in Northampton. They don't have a physical store, but they were very happy to see me on an appointment basis. I tried on around 5 pairs of boots in total (the staff there were very patient and understanding) and I ended up buying a really nice pair of Jeffery West boots. Now I know where they're based, I'll certainly be back for more.”

“Brought some Jeffery West shoes for a wedding - the delivery was on time and the shoes look amazing! You really do get what you pay for! “The color of the Bass Weejuns I received wasn’t even close to the color pictured for this shoe on their website. They never responded to two emails I sent explaining why I wanted to return them. When I returned them they denied receiving them even though the USPS tracking number confirmed that they were delivered to Arthur Knight. I’m waiting to hear from my credit card company if they will credit my account. I will never order from this firm again.”

“The shoes were too big.. No instruction on how to return. sent back recorded delivery, I had to pay. No refund, no acknowledgement, No answer to any e mails. Had to get money back through credit card.. Avoid this company.”

“I recently ordered a pair of boots for work. I received them very fast within days of ordering them, and when I got them and put them on....it was like putting heaven on my feet compared to what shoes I have been wearing to work. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Review of service and product. Service is shocking, I purchased a pair of Barbour slippers December 19 these were worn for a few months before being stored, a few weeks ago I decided it was time to wear them again only to find the sole had come unstuck from the slipper itself. As this was clearly a design or manufacturing issue I decided to contact Arthur Knight for a replacement. The response i received was the slippers are only supposed to last a season and there's nothing they can do.”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes. Told the courier company to make sure that they were left at one of neighbours. Shoes never arrived. Told they were left on the door step. Had to pay £170 to credit card for shoes that I never received. Keep being told now that I have to wait 90 days fir it to be sorted out. Absolute joke. Won't be buying anything from Arthur knight again, nor recommending them.”

“Great shoes but sizes are way out bought a pair of brown suede Chelsea boots size 8 received them way to big sent them back got size 7 uk should have got a 6 still a bit roomy had to put innersole in shoes”

“Excellent service and sandals arrived quickly. Good quality shoes on this website and will not hesitate to use again with confidence. Only lost a star because the customer has to pay for returns. Not unreasonable but many companies these days have free returns.”

“Really easy website to order from, I ordered the Digby boots in black and brown as I was,nt sure which I prefered, I actually liked both pairs, aside from a low instep which is a bit tight [ Im hoping they will stretch a bit with wear] very happy with my purchase.”

“They emailed me when the shoes I had ordered were on backorder and then changed the size for me after taking some information. Such a relief, as I am ordering from overseas, and it would have been difficult to return them since I had ordered the wrong size.”
