“Fantastic service and value for money low price for such a good product took me by surprise. LED PIR product is excellent, superbly made and looks tremendous. The delivery was far quicker than expected and I am now looking at replacing other outside lights”

“Arrow Electrical have been very good vendors. The products are top quality and the delivery dependable. We hit a problem though with ordering from the website. We were referring to the photographs of the product when ordering which did not match the description of the product. Therefore we ordered up to £40 worth of product (2 items) we did not want. I was told I can have a refund on one item after a telephone conversation and a gentle debate on the telephone. The only problem is I don't want to pay to return the incorrect item. I have ordered 3 new items that should be delivered soon, but doubt that UPS will automatically pick up the item I want to return. Thank you for the opportunity to explain this problem.”
