“I cannot believe these reviews are genuine. I will be posted my receipt, paperwork, photo's, videos, recorded calls for genuine customers to listen to how I have been dealt with and emails from Aristocraft confirming the poor service. They even went as far as to force £1000 out of my elderly mother in law while I was on holiday and went around her house to get it before the job was complete. They started the Job Mid April 2017 and they still have not finished (3 and a half months later). I will tell ad show you more in the next few days. Once you see my video of my kitchen, and the full review and paperwork, you will know I am a genuine customer that has been treated appallingly. I hope you do not allow them to do the same to you. Let me see if they confirm I am a genuine purchaser. Oh yes, I have started the process to take them to court.”

“Keep it short and sweet, choice,and Steve the fitter excellent . But thats where the positives stop, we are now10 months after “completion” and a recurring issue unresolved, constant appointments cancelled at last minute and incorrect replacement parts ordered. After sales customer service very poor”

“Having an exhaustive search for a suitable kitchen and not finding the quality in all we had veiwed we where advised to visit Aristocraft kitchens.On inspection you could see clearly how good the units where and was particularly impressed with the door construction they seemed more solidly built and excellently finished. Having found our kitchen it wasn't long before we took delivery. I was particularly impressed by the friendly professional advise i had during construction.”

“We have been very pleased with our new kitchen. Aristocraft were excellent from the initial designing right through to the sign-off. All the tradesmen that were assigned to us were very professional and took a pride in their work. With no hesitation we would recommend Aristocraft.”

“This is the second time we have used Aristocraft to design and install our kitchen. The process tock longer than we were originally advised, and there were a few problems along the way, namely faulty cooker, some damaged units and the quartz unit not being finished off around the sink to a good standard. We felt is was us doing a lot of calling Aristocraft to get issues resolved, we accept nothing runs smooth when a project like this is undertaken, however it takes a 2 minute call by customer services to keep the customer informed. Now everything is completed we are very happy, and must give praise to Wayne the kitchen fitter, whose attention to detail was second to none. Craig who came to do the remedial work and the plasterers who did a first class job. All trades are a credit to your company.”

“From initial consultation, to design and then completed kitchen the support and advice given was superb. Richard Rowland offered expert advice and was always willing to talk through any queries and concerns and together with Caroline produced a wonderful design. Steve, the fitter was punctual and his attention to detail was exceptional. The work done by the plasterer, electrician, plumber and tiler was also of a high standard. Carol kept me informed at all stages of the process. Along the way there were a number of issues including damaged splash back, bins and freezer door which Carol sorted promptly. The project was managed all the way through and the fit and finish was completed to a very high standard. Would highly recommend.”

“I am delighted with my new kitchen and would recommend Aristocraft kitchens to friends and family. Richard was very patient with me and was happy to meet with me on a number of occasions to discuss any concerns I had with the design of my kitchen. I was very impressed with the customer service. Carol phoned before the kitchen was fitted and discussed the process. She gave me her contact number and she has always been very helpful and followed up any requests I had. Last but not least Wayne fitted my kitchen and I could not have asked for a nicer person. He was patient, understanding and a really delightful person to have around. Many thanks to you all. “We were very pleased with the kitchen units and all the contractors were brilliant. Especially Craig , the electrician, the plasterer and the fitter. We struggled with getting it finished as the radiator needed rehanging etc and time passed to get the work finished. Also the measurements were out as there was no longer room for the kitchen table etc and the radiator had to be moved. Also it wasn't the cooker I asked for. L”

“The process was relatively easy in as far as ordering a new kitchen is ever likely to be. Marc, our designer, was was very attentive and listened to our ideas. His attention to detail was very good. It’s always difficult choosing from so many options available but Marc helped and advised every step of the way and we always felt he had the time and patience to assist us. From the rip out to the install was very well organised and also ran relatively smoothly albeit with a few delays with some parts, probably due to current supply chain issues. The finished product looks fabulous and we are extremely pleased with the choices we made and the quality of the install”

“I was very disappointed with my bedroom furniture as it’s not done properly and the front seal is has no seal . I was told it would be sorted and they would come back out but not heard nothing for a small job cost me over £2,000 very disappointing .”

“Aristocraft were professional and supportive through every step of our new kitchen from design to installation. As we were having the kitchen fitted in a new extension the installation date had to slip a few times due to delays on the build and Aristocraft managed to work around these delays without any issues. Every aspect of the process from design consultations, site surveys and the installation were carried out in a very professional manner and to a very high standard.”

“Our first visit to the Brierley Hill showroom left us confident that Aristocraft were the company we would be working with. From the warm welcome, excellent design and patience from Caroline and friendly updates from Tracy and Dan in Customer Service our project was executed with precision. Each tradesman that came into our home treated it with respect and left after completing a first class job. Huge thank you to Rob our fitter - we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Thank your Aristocraft you have a very happy customer.”

“I investigated other Kitchen companies locally, one independent and one national. We initially met Glan and I felt that he really listened to our requirements. There was no you really don’t want to tile the floor, or try to include... which we were getting from the other suppliers. It was really good to be able to see the design of your new kitchen and get a feel for what it would look like before any agreement was reached. We ordered our own range and American fridge freezer and the design was amended accordingly. Once you have decided on the design , you are given a project manager. This makes life so much easier as every tradesman is organised for you. The Britten’s, electricians, plasterers etc were all respectful, they listened to your requirements and the plasterer went over and above. The units are good quality , and we had a couple of issues when substandard units were delivered, but were replaced in a few days. I can only make one criticism, and that was the completion estimate. We have a large kitchen and we were told that the work would take up to 3 weeks. In reality it took a month, but we’re really pleased with the result.”

“We had approached numerous Kitchen companies some of which just took what we said and didn’t provide inspiration and others didn’t listen. When Aristocraft were recommended we thought why would they be any different. Well the simple answer was they were. We met with Richard (Rowlands) who listened to our ideas and challenged us on things we hadn’t considered, which was a refreshing change. We were then provided with initial plans and following review and further meetings and site visits these were firmed up. Due to some Unforeseen over runs on the build it was necessary to phase the kitchen fitting over 3 stages. Aristocraft could not have been more accommodating with Steve the kitchen fitter having to install a not insubstantial island to enable the granite to be laser templated and then take it back out again. Steve was always cheerful despite having to work around the ongoing building work. The end result was truly stunning our thanks go to the whole team but especially Richard and Steve. Thanks guys.”

“Aristocraft provided the whole package for us from the design and planning , the removal of the old kitchen , plastering , tiling , electrics , through to the actual kitchen installation. This was exactly what we were looking for .The project management was excellent ,enabling the installation to run smoothly and efficiently. All of the Tradesmen completed their work as and when required , on time , to an excellent standard , especially the kitchen fitter . His attention to detail, knowledge and experience resulted in a first class installation. We are very happy with the finished product and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Occasionally though, you come across a company that does everything it promised and to the standard it promised - well this is one of those. You get a satisfying feeling when you find and choose one!”
