“Tulips ordered for their mother last Sunday arrived however could not believe the condition as the flowers were so lacking in water that they were literally doubled over Total waste of money and not sure if my son has been reimbursed with with his payment We photographed same and posted on face book He should have used m and s Don fitton”

“Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day yesterday. Received an email today (no phone call) to tell me that my order was being cancelled and the money refunded. They didn’t even get that right - the email is addressed to an Abigail (my name’s Mark!). The reason for the cancellation? My mother lives in Northern Ireland.... which to the best of my knowledge is still part of the United Kingdom! This was known at the time of order and I was allowed to set a delivery date of Friday 29th March and paid my money in good faith. Now they’re saying they can’t fulfil the order as the flowers wouldn’t arrive in time. They’re instead redirecting me to the Republic of Ireland website and telling me how I should have placed my order there as an international order. I ordered it on their arenaflowers.com website which boasts about how thousands are using that every week to have flowers delivered ACROSS the UK. Seems that only applies if you live in England, Scotland or Wales! POOR.”

Dear Mark, Thank you for your review and your comments. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. We can see that the email we have sent you, was addressed to yourself, however further down it mentioned Abigail. We are very sorry about that. Unfortunately we do not offer deliveries directly from our warehouse here in Milton Keynes to be delivered to Northern Ireland as the flowers would be too long in transit. We have mentioned that on our website under our delivery information which is directly under our product discription. We are very sorry it was not as clear and please accept our sincerest apologies once again. “Despite Arena Flowers saying that they were delivered on 14th February (as booked), the recipient actually received on 13th. She was very happy and satisfied so it seems good value for money.”

“The time of delivery was poor the yodel driver passed the address and could have delivered before 1735 hrs so instead of a surprise for my wife I had to ring her and ask her to work late!!!!!!!”

Good afternoon, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. As you may imagine it was a very busy day for our external courier service on Valentine's Day. The driver may have passed the address, however the route he has been given in the morning of that day was arranged differently, also as stated online our flowers can be delivered up until 6pm which was the case on this occasion. “Bangalore service appalling. I had to call the recipient at my expense to hear this; non-delivery of bouquet never explained : Agent there could not say where it had been delivered, to whom or when. Arena refunded amount promptly. But not an experience I want to repeat.”

“Dear all, I suggest to stay away from arena flowers if you are thinking of having you order delivered to flats. The order may or may not turn up or certainly not in complete condition as to what you expect. Don’t expect a full refund either. Beware!! Poor service!!”

“Looking to send flowers to my mother in Austria. Old compnaies used now not trading, but found this easy to use website and ordered what is hopefully a nice arrangement to be delivered in a couple of weeks. Entering delivery address made easy by postcode recognition, as address is long. Likewise entering payment details easy as well. Here's hoping the ned result is also as good.”
