“We've been working with Arbtech this season for both Arbs and Eco surveys to support our clients' applications for planning permission. From initial instruction to receipt of reports, the process is seamless, timely, and painless. The members of staff we've had the pleasure of working with have been extremely accommodating and informative throughout. In particular, Jo McCarthy and Clare Murphy who frankly, provide a service unparalleled to many other built environment consultancies – Despite the significant workloads generated for us all post COVID. “I had a disappointing experience with Arbtech. Despite initially booking a Pat survey through their website, I encountered several issues throughout the process. The service was subpar, with the surveyor lacking professionalism. Additionally, I was shocked to discover hidden costs, as I was pressured into purchasing unnecessary additional surveys at exorbitant prices. It's worth noting that Arbtech wanted me to do two extra surveys, whereas I found another reputable company that completed the job for less and without requesting additional surveys. When I attempted to address my concerns with the company, I was met with dismissiveness and threats of legal action. Overall, I cannot recommend Arbtech due to their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and unethical business practices.”

“This is the worst company we have dealt with. They charged us a Rapid Report fee and when the survey was booked and paid for, they told us Rapid fee only covers quick survey. After more than 3 weeks, we still have not received the report. What a crooked practice that is- Dave”

“The service from the very first communication to recieving the final report was excellent. The trained arborist who visited the site was extremely professional and knowledgeable, helpfully giving tips around the best way to look after the trees onsite and what problems to look out for. We will definitely be using Arbtech again when our next survey is due.”

“I dealt with Anna and Jamie-Lee. Both ladies were excellent and went above and beyond in my opinion. I am totally new to all of this and needed some handholding, they never made me feel a nuisance, quite the opposite in fact. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, but professional. I cannot praise them enough.”

“Excellent service provided. Very quick response to my request with several alternative costings provided depending on speed of survey required. All arrangements expertly handled in line with our requirements. Specialist arrived on time, was thorough, gave a verbal explanation of his findings and came back same day with full written report. Recommended”

“I’ve used this company on 3 x different projects through my planning consultant, Never again as the pricing structure is extortionate the way it’s set up and extremely expensive , Just have a report for nearly a third of what I was quoted here”
