“Easy online order system (with one or two 404 error pages!) and prompt delivery using 1 2 business days delivery. Pond pump up and running fine again now with supplied part. Very satisfied with the service.”

“My order arrived as expected. Sadly I had ordered the wrong size lamp. I emailed to ask if I could return my order and order the correct size. Within half an hour or so I had a reply, of yes and an invoice would be sent for the difference and replacement on its way!”

“I found Aquapet's customer service excellent, and happily rate it five out of five. The cage extension was quite difficult to fit, particularly when it came to releasing the original two white clips 'locking' the roof on. It is less secure now as the clips are loose, and a pair of translucent ones in the package do not seem to fit anywhere! However, it has not capsized so far, held by the bottom white section when lifting to clean. The two budgies needed more space when 'indoors', and are very happy with the height of their top perch in their new tower block.”

“The cage is fine, it was the construction that was the problem! Instructions are very small print and not full enough. Eventually worked out how to do it but it took way longer than 15 minutes! This was a replacement cage so we knew what it should look like!”
