“COMPLETE UTTER DISGRACE !!!
I had Raj come to my home and gave us a quote which we accepted but we explained that we were going to apply for a loan to pay for the work, he said if we failed to get the loan our cash deposit would be refunded.
After 4 days I contacted Raj to cancel as we were unable to get the loan, he said he would bring my cash that weekend.
Raj never showed up so I called him for him to then tell me the office would have to send the money, I called the office to which they said Raj had to sort it out. I called Raj back and he said he would bring the cash to me that following weekend, he never showed up.
Into the 3rd week I was calling Raj everyday to be told he will transfer it into my bank instead, when it came to Friday he said he will bring the cash that weekend, again never showed up, this carries on for a further 3 weeks making it a total of 6 weeks exactly chasing my deposit. I wasted 3 of my weekends waiting in for Raj to return the money.
When calling Mr Raj over the time he become more aggravated with the phone calls as though it was inconvenient for him. He also told me to stop calling the office for the money even though I only called twice.
After reading other reviews they all point towards not giving Mr Raj any cash deposits, I wish I had read these before hand, that way it would have saved me the headache of dealing with AP Glazing.
I spoke with Trading Standards for advise and they gave AP Glazing 7 days to respond, which is why I believe I received my money in the end as they knew it was illegal to hold onto my deposit for so long.
I spoke with Pav 2 days prior my refund and he said he would send the payment through bank transfer, I messaged him yesterday and in fairness within 5 minutes he sent the payment to my account.
FROM MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE, I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

Alarm bells like Big Ben should’ve rang out when I used this company, how the hell can this Naresh alias fxxk knows what else he’s called, took £800 off me, promising to lay the floor in my brand new conservatory with this company, after several weeks chasing this fraudulent individual, I had to cut my losses, but when the conservatory sprung a leak in December considering I only had the conservatory erected in August 2022, phoning, emailing, AP, well still no correspondence, well what can you say, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, absolutely horrendous, WARNING if you see an Asian (alias Naresh whatever his name is)approaching your door, bolt it turn off your lights and hide, if you let him in your in trouble 🤷♂️”
“So didn't want to give any rating tbh but could only do so to get onto the site....we had a conservatory fitted 5 years ago, still awaiting contract copies despite asking several times....we now have a leak...been awaiting nearly 3 months for "mac" to sort...he's written every excuse in the book not to come and inspect....despite 37 calls to him....12 calls to the office...pav and sunny promised...not delivered also...e mails...texts....he's ruined fathers day weekend and I'm still waiting for his so called fitter brother to turn up tonight bearing in mind mac has been promising to sort out since April 6th 2023...and has promised since yesterday with 3 definite time slots which didn't happen...and when challenged several times he got angry.......absolute joke of a company.....they might be cheaper but don't use under any circumstances.....”

“What a great experience with this company! Installers were so hard working!! Every piece of debris picked up...all rubbish removed.I had my original front bay and porch replaced, and had French doors replaced with sliding doors between dining room and conservatory!! They look great, finish excellent!! And, What an amazing difference. No more draughts!! Kitchen diner looks twice as large!! Everything looks great!! “It was a big mistake trying to do business with this company, We did not want to give them any star rating but unfortunately this choice was unavailable.
Nine months ago, Naresh Khanna (also known as Mac) came and gave us a quote for a conservatory, he sold us the dream and said it will be completed within two months. He was putting on a big smile and calling us friends and brothers. We believed and paid him £4000 “deposit”, not long after that they said they wanted to buy the material and asked for another payment of £4000.
It’s been nine months now and all we left with is a messy garden and a half built wall. We called them so many times and left messages but no response. The state of our house is causing us so much stress and anxiety. So far they took £8000 (and another £850 paid to Naresh separately to reposition the boiler in the kitchen, which still hasn’t been done, and he asked us not to mention to the company that we gave him this money).
This review is to be continued and the next time I’m going to took in more detail.
Please be aware, stay away from this dodgy company and don’t believe a word of what charming Naresh says.
We have contacted the trading standards and our solicitors is filing a case against them. We’re now in the process of taking Naresh and this fake company to court.”

Unfortunately we did not want to give them any star rating.
This window company was invited to replace 15 windows and a patio door on June2022. we had Nuresh/Mac as he goes by 2 names come and give a quote, bear in mind we had several window quotes before deciding that this company would get our business.
Whilst Nuresh/Mac was here he put his best charm on and said that a.p glazing also did gardens and would we like a quote on getting rid of our hedges and replace them with fencing, he also said he could do our drive and patio. He gave us a quote for this which was cheaper than other ones so thought we would also have this done by them.
15 windows and patio door totalled £7,500 and to do the hedges, patio and drive cost £15,700.
The windows took 3 months for them to replace which was only due to numerous calls and dates being cancelled, they even had the cheek to ask for more money even though they had not started the work and that they already had a deposit of us. The windows and patio were only supposed to take 2 days but they ended up taking 2 weeks as they only had one person doing the job. on finishing the windows we had two that had scratches on and so we had to have them replaced. This took a further month and half to get sorted and this was only due to numerous phone calls by us and letters being sent out to them. The reason for letters in the end was cause when we phoned them we received a lot of rudeness and a quote from them "you have windows what's the problem." we finally got our windows completed and have only just received the fensa certificate after 2 months of waiting and phone calls again.
In between waiting for the windows to be completed Nuresh had the team start taking our hedges out, this was a disaster as they took part of our next door neighbours hedge out to. The whole process for the garden work took from June to September. This was due to the fact there was a lot of no shows or starting at 11 and going at 2 and broken promises. in this i even had to take them to the train station as they did not own transport.
The hedges and patio were finally completed which just left us the drive to be done we had paid the majority of the money which to say the least was given without realising how much they had had already. We were now waiting for the drive to be done but due to dates being given and then being no shows or cancelled we decided to ask for the refund of £4000 that we had paid for materials back and went with someone else. We have been given £2000 of the £4000 back but as to date with numerous phone calls and what's app messages to Nuresh we are still waiting. We have contacted trading standards and our solicitor's and are in the process of taking them to court as a whole company.
You are probably thinking that this review is a joke but understand this if you want windows or garden improvements then PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EITHER. The stress and constant battling to get the jobs done has been unbelievable to say the least and has nearly cost us our marriage and is still effecting us while we wait now for court proceedings to get the rest of what we are owed.
Nuresh/Mac is a charmer and talks the talk and manages to get you to believe in what he says DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR COMPANY THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO RUN A BUSINESS.

“FRAUD ALERT - this is a fraud company. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews before I started the work with them. They took the contract for my conservatory in July last year and told me it will be done in 6 weeks. Since then every month they pushed the deadline by a month and eventually stopped picking up my call - "the excuse was we don't have caller ID and cannot see who calls".
I finally sent them an email in Nov and said unless they give me a final completion date I will not allow them to enter my property to work and will take legal action. It was a problem for them because they must have ordered all the glass and frames. So they couldn't afford to lose the contract. They replied with a final completion date for 19th Dec.
Again 19th Dec passed and the work wasn't even properly started after a gap of 2 to 3 months. They finally agreed to take £500 off for the delay. They partially finished the job on 30th Dec - setting up a fan was part of the contract. They haven't yet done that. Till date I have one ugly open wire hanging from the roof of the conservatory.
I asked for all the electrical certification and warranty before I made the final payment and they replied by email that it will be sent to me on 4th January upon full payment.
I made the full payment. They told me that the floor doesn't need to be self levelled and they didn't do that- even though they said earlier that they would do that. When Homebase came to fit the carpet they said that's the worst floor they have seen and they cannot fit carpet on it. It must be self-levelled. They went back and asked me to call them back once self levelling is done. I asked AP to do that and they were asking for additional money for the job. I got that done eventually by someone else.
Since then I have been calling them every single day for THE ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATION AND WARRANTY and sent them numerous emails - they simply aren't responding. I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION NOW.
My CONSERVATORY IS LEAKING NOW AND THEY DON'T PICK UP CALLS.
They were extremely rude from the moment I started complaining. Most of the money they take in cash or ask us to pay to someone else's account - probably some tax fraud case.
Their sales guy, Naresh (Mac) is a professional liar and a fraud.
The kind of anxiety and chasing I had to go through for the last 6 months they were in the job, I wish no one goes through that. Do yourself a favour - RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN. I know there are some good reviews and they were probably lucky - however you shouldn't put your money on luck.”
“I used this company for a conservatory big big big mistake the stress as been unbearable it’s been a constant battle customer service nil this as in fact been going on 7 months I have been bullied harassed intimidated not what I expected I put my faith and trust in this company only to be upset by these people workmanship builder ground work very poor I have had my patio dug up twice with horrendous mess laying drainage digging it up again wasting materials the conservatory it self roof bars not in line Center roof bar bowing screws showing which shouldn’t have been cheap cladding applied to the front apex instead of glass plaster bead showing all round the frame leaning drainage pipe uneven interior floor I had a private surveyor who found numerous faults they have been and done some remedial work I was told to get some stuff to level the floor myself I cannot get my guarantee from this company it’s been a shambles from the start I cannot recommend this firm”
