The qualty street were very poor they were a £1 tin being sold as a £5 tin I was most disapointed it has made me think twice about ordering anything from you again

NEARLY EVERY ORDER RECENTLY EITHER WHOLE BOXES MISSING OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT !! FED UP :/

Not quite as good value for money any more, given that items are still out of date and you've put a limit on the amount you can buy so sometimes I find it hard to find £20's worth for an order. What really bugs me is you taking items out of my bag when I still have tons of time left to check out. This is the sole reason for me not recommending you any more. I complained once a long time ago and you still haven't done anything about it!

Hi Lyndsey, I apologise for this and the inconvenience caused. Just to clarify, you need to be logged in to your account to reserve the product for '30 mins'. All foods that i ordered when arrived were small snack size, i could of got most of the items from BM or quality save it was a bit miss leading. and as for the half price delivery the code did not work. Overall not as i was expecting and very disapointed.

Very disappointed by the hand cream packaging, it was in very poor condition and not suitable to give as a gift as I had intended.

The box I bought from Approved Food was left at the building door while I was away. I got a SMS from Yodel saying that "the parcel has been delivered to neighbour". This was not true, it was literally standing there on the building door, ready to be picked up by anyone passing. Will not be ordering from Approved Food again. This is unacceptable.

There are too many paper packaging for the amount of items delivered. In these times of sustainability and environmental issues - I would have expected some cleaver packaging to reduce waste - less packaging- reduce recycling cost.

I was told about there being a good offer for organic chicken feed on this site. I therfore decided to make an order, as I needed some for some organically reared chickens, I ordered a few secondary items to reach the minimum spend. I just received my delivery and see that they've marked the feed as out of stock and they've only delivered the secondary items. And have kept my money too rather than refunding as "credit towards a future order." They've also still charged me the full price of delivery which included the 20 kg chicken feed. All in all not a good experience.

I was disappointed to receive packets of soup that I thought would be tins and packets of gravy that I thought were going to be boxes...personally for me the selection of food tht I would actually use is limited so I ended up buying sweets and crisps to get my minimum spend

Looking at the amount of food ordered it would of probably cost the same as going to pound land.. don't think I'll be ordering again.

Okay. Delivery came with tins on top of crisps and my deal of the day. Broken packets everywhere. Was promised either a refund or credit and neither have happened. Dissappointed. Finally got refund , no replacements for either crisps or deal of the day.

How can I review something that I still don't have. I got a text saying that I would receive my parcel on Monday and I still don't have it. Wasted all the time making sure there is someone at home to receive it. Not very happy right now

Would have liked a reply from their customer services, over a payment enquiry. Would also have liked all my small sachets of mayonnaise to be in a box or bag and not scattered within several boxes loose. If customer services had replied my score would have been higher. Everything I ordered arrived and on Time, but not packed very well.

Customer service is very poor did use there form to register a complaint about how one lot of my goods were packed have had no reply. I am afraid companies who cannot reply to customer complaints are a complete waste of time with myself, so i will never use this company again nor will i recommend them.
