“We were actually away from home when our delivery arrived, but had made arrangements for a family member to take delivery on our behalf . Ore Elica hob looks amazing and will fit our new kitchen very well. From ordering to delivery everything was very smooth and communication was great. Thank you so much”

“Les and the team were amazing. We purchased a high priced hob and were unlucky that the first had a fault which meant it didn't work. Les was super responsive and did everything he could to get it fixed, in the end agreeing to replace it. The second worked although appeared to have a similar fault. Les and his team were amazing in putting pressure on the manufacturers (who had initially been extremely difficult) to sort it ASAP. Whilst these things happen, there is a lot of reviews which state that aftersales in the appliance industry is non-existent or terribly slow. Les and his team were neither and did an amazing job of getting the manufacturers engaged and on it too. Thank you”

“Had an email sent through with my delivery date that I couldn’t make so made a phone call and was sent another appointment. The man that came to deliver and fit my new appliance was incredibly polite and friendly. Would highly recommend appliance superstore.”

They were very attentive, helpful and friendly throughout the process - which turned out to be an issue on my side. We were in your area 6 days earlier than requested to which we notified you via email with 48hrs notice. This delivery could have been changed if you had contacted us. It could have also been refused and we would have rescheduled it to suit your needs. Once again we are sorry that this has caused you some problems. We wish you the best for the rest of your project.
