“Les and the team were excellent through what ended up being (through no fault of theirs) a drawn out replacement process for a faulty appliance. Appliance Superstore were a pleasure to deal with and I'd buy from them again.”

“I recently purchased a new Miele washing machine from Appliance superstore. The service was excellent and we were so pleased we chose them. Apart from a competitive price they were extremely helpful. Our old machine broke the day before we were going on holiday so we had to order a new one whilst away. I rung to check the one we had chosen was in stock and then had to contact them a few times so we could arrange delivery for just after we got home and also because I sadly lost my phone on the Yorkshire Moors. Each time they were very helpful and the machine arrived the day after we got home. We could have had it much sooner if not away. I would highly recommend Appliance Superstore and when future appliances break I will go to them for replacements. Additionally I love my new Miele washing machine even more than my old one!”

“What a joy to deal with the lovely people in your team. You actually answer the phone, and quite quickly, I wasn't hanging around for hours, waiting for the phone to be answered. And then I get this lovely, very helpful lady, I wish I could remember her name. It is quite stressful getting a new kitchen and for me, spending a considerable amount of money on these Meile appliances was pushing the boat out. I spoke to this lady several times and always got helpful customer service. Please say 'thank you' to her, she is a real asset to your business. I've now got my lovely new kitchen and today I wanted to find out about the warranty. Again the phone was answered fairly quickly by another very helpful man, he needed to check the answer to my question and said he would ring me back. Gosh, you hear that a lot and mostly wait, and wait and wait. He rang me back in about 30 minutes, with an answer. Again I got very good customer service. It is unfortunately very unusual these days to get this level of service. The delivery people were also excellent. I'm very glad I stumbled on Appliance Superstore, your people gave me confidence.
