“This company avoids customer service by selling through Walmart Market place and having a 30-day return policy, which is ridiculous for an appliance. We bought a Frigidaire dehumidifier that leaked after 3 months. Walmart Customer service lied or us, saying we could return it to Walmart. When we brought it in, they refused. When buying on Walmart Market place, it’s not clear that it’s not Walmart, nor that there is only 30 days to return the product. Be careful! Never again.”

“This is a terrible company. I actually bought the dishwasher through Walmart which used Appliance Planet. When the dishwasher arrived it was leaking water as the delivery men carried it in my home. I thought it was odd and so did the drivers. However I thought maybe it was rain water from the warehouse. Then when we unpackaged the dishwasher water came pouring out. Planet world advised all their dishwasher have the same issue. Really, I have ordered many dishwashers before and this never ever happened. This company was not only rude to me on the phone they refused to deliver another dishwasher. I just want my purchase returned and my money back. I strongly suggest no one ever buys an appliance from Appliance Planet. Very very poor customer service.”

“Unfortunately the fridge freezer we bought from Planet Appliance is faulty and we’ve had to throw away a lot of food that froze in the fridge compartment. The staff have not been particularly helpful, all they have done is advise us to reset the appliance which would mean emptying it of all our refrigerated and frozen foods for 48 hours, which would mean throwing all the food away. They were not always responsive and seemed reluctant to provide a replacement. Sadly, looking at the other customer reviews, I can see that I’m not the only one who has experienced poor service by this company.”

“I have had a very bad experience with Appliance Planet. I have numerous emails promising items will be delivered and they never come in. When I call and complain about the many (More than 7) missed deliver dates some guy who says he is a manager was rude to me and suggested I call home depot? I asked to speak to his boss and he said he did not have one...but later, after more rudeness he told me to call back and ask for Victor. I will do that...but just wanted to warn people. I can handle a mistake or two, but at this point I am out $6,000 with virtually nothing to show for it.”

“I ordered a Blomberg 60 cm electric cooker. It was acknowled immediately and was received in excellent condition. They gave me a 2 hour time slot which was spot on. No complaints what so ever and the price was excellent too! They even paid me to take my old cooker away...”

“Bought a CDA cooker hood from them recently and it had free next day delivery on it! Not usual for most companies to offer this. So I ordered and did receive it next day at 11am!! They were the cheapest! Great service. thanks”
