My phone dropped. The screen was affected which up till now is fine and i was willing to pay for a new screen. what happened next was really unacceptable from a company like apple. The screen started typing on its own, which made it enter my passcode wrong so many times and without me even opening it. or trying to enter my password, i even tried to shut it down but couldnt coz the swipe wasnt working and siri wouldnt shut it down completely only bring me to the swipe option. My phone then became permenantly locked. so even if i change the screen i was no longer going to be asked for a passcode to enter. the only way to fix the issue was to recover my phone and lose all my data that is not backed up. I dont believe that this being a security issue like apple claims is convincing me. if i approve its my phone, and that i actually do know the passcode, apple should be able to retrieve it to atleast asking for my passcode again. i heard from a very popular repair guy that this is a very commong problem. and still apple is not doing anything about it. HUUUUUUUUGE Failure

The supervisors lie about charges you don’t do and apple hates us veterans. Terrible service.

Customer service at the Apple stores is the worst! The employees could use training in customer service and urgency. It is time to move on from Apple. Not the company it was when Steve Jobs was leading the company.

Terrible Experience with Apple: Scam Artists! I am utterly disgusted with the abysmal service and blatant thievery perpetrated by Apple. Recently, they siphoned £68.99 from my account without any semblance of justification. When I reached out to demand a refund for this unauthorized charge, their customer service representatives were as useful as a chocolate teapot. They adamantly refused to provide a refund, leaving me out of pocket for a product or service I never even purchased. But this incident isn't isolated; it's merely the straw that broke the camel's back. I've been hemorrhaging money to Apple for far too long. Their ecosystem is designed to bleed customers dry at every turn. Want to download an app? Pay up. Want to use basic features? Pay up. It's like living in a dystopian nightmare where every digital convenience comes at an exorbitant price. Enough is enough. I've canceled all payments to Apple and have sworn off their products for good. I'm making the switch to Samsung, where I hope to find a modicum of integrity and respect for their customers. At least with Samsung, I won't constantly feel like I'm being scammed. In conclusion, steer clear of Apple unless you enjoy being fleeced and treated like a disposable cash cow. Save your hard-earned money and invest in a company that values its customers more than its bottom line. Apple, you've lost a customer for life. Shame on you.

Apple you did it again. Just install your new version 17 and messed up my iPad battery. Not charging no more. When are going to stop screwing your customers that got you where you are now. Unbelievable.

I was charge for a movie I never order on my Apple TV and these people are telling me I’m not eligible for a refund which is ridiculous since I don’t even use the Apple TV on my Apple TV device

Ive always had literally anything else but an apple phone and their shotty operating system until I got an Iphone from my work. I regret taking it immensely and I don't even pay the bill or the tab. Garbage phones that are designed more to scam you out of money than they are for the customer. Don't waste your time and money, just buy anything else.

Hello everyone, I'm David Alexandra from Texas. In January of this year, I found myself entangled with a highly skilled hacker group. Initially, I invested $430,000.00 in USDT with a fraudulent crypto website, expecting significant returns within a few months. As the profits accumulated, I attempted to make a withdrawal, only to have my account frozen with a demand for additional fees due to an alleged breach of the agreement. This situation left me in distress, to the point of contemplating suicide. Fortunately, my supportive family intervened when I shared the details of my ordeal. During a conversation with my niece, she mentioned HACKINGPROTEAM001, a resource that had previously assisted with GPA grade changes. Intrigued by the possibility of help, we discovered that HACKINGPROTEAM001 also offered services for victims of crypto scams. I reached out to them, detailing my predicament. Remarkably, HACKINGPROTEAM001 managed to recover $394,330 for me within approximately four days, if my memory serves me correctly. If you find yourself a victim of a scam, I highly recommend reaching out to HACKINGPROTEAM001 recovery professionals—they are truly remarkable CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL>>> (HACKINGPROTEAM001@ GMAIL. Airplay is a farce, unable to connect two iphones next to each other for air drop. This has been a on an off issue for weeks trying to upload videos from our tour from a non sim device to my personal phone.....over and over again it would "vibrate" seemingly to alert my personal phone that the phone next to it was trying to share, but there's no menu or no way to accept the transfer. I have about 8 hours of video to be shared over 3 days of tour dates......once in a while i would be able to see the request to share, but was unable to open any dialogue to accept or decline. SO FRUSTRATING, after going from android to apple about 8 years ago i'm moving our commercial and personal account back to android. Apple is garbage, and their customer support is worse. Thank GOD for open source so we can actually correct the bugs instead of passing the buck to the next poor soul on the apple chain of customer "support"

Apple sells overpriced iphone apps that become faulty and disappear from their store. They then replace those old unusable apps by different ones with a very similar name, to push customers towards buying the same service multiple times. They play real dirty! Worth starting to look into Samsung or Google straight-away. I bought a super expensive German dictionary for £26.99. All of a sudden it simply stopped to work, vanished from the app store, so it can't be used, downloaded or updated anymore. Apple refused me any refund or compensation. Oh look, what a coincidence: there is actually now a different app dictionary on the Apple Store with the same logo, nearly the same name, with the exact same functions for only £17.99! So, surprise, surprise, I have no other choice but to buy it, uh? And in a few years, when this new app will stop to work to be replaced by another fairly similar one, I'll need to buy it again. And again. And again. A blatant scam method to charge customers £65, £80, £100 and so on, if they need to keep using the same service and fuctions over the years. Simply revolting!

Apple sucks. I have Blink Cams all around outdoors and since the 17.1 update they stopped notifying me when the cams are triggered. I get a very low water drop in the bucket noise. I updated my phone this morning to 17.1.2 and the morons still have the same little noise. Don’t waste your money. Blink cams were good till Apple screwed around. Good news is you can fade music per Apple. Idiots.

I bought a custom-made laptop from Apple, which means I paid extra money to add more features, and I was very satisfied with it until I purchased the new iPhone 15, again the most expensive model. The new iPhone comes with a USB-C cable, and when I tried it for the first time with my laptop, it didn't work. I never, or hardly ever, use USB-C, which means the problem must have been there from the beginning, indicating a manufacturing issue. However, Apple wants me to pay for the repair, which I believe is absolutely wrong. I haven't done anything wrong to cause this issue; in fact, I never used that port, so why should I pay for a manufacturing problem? I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from Apple this time.
