I can't speak much to the service AppInstitute provides, as we only scratched the surface. However, please be aware that this is a company who will (i) automatically renew you (ii) for a higher fee (iii) and REFUSE to offer even a partial refund, should you ask after the renewal date. Of course we could have avoided this by being better organized, but nevertheless, it shows what sort of business ethic the company has.

When politely asked to resolve and not continue, their customer service team wrote bureaucratic, impersonal reply about their policy where they allegedly sent the the notice renewal which we did not get and that they will hold us hostage and not refund our $.

They took the full payment immediately, when I contacted to say I wouldn't be ready to publish until August they refused to refund me, despite the fact I cannot use the service because I dont have an app to publish.
