“We have just completed the sale of our house in Cyprus. It has been a very stressful 6 months but without the wonderful support of Matthew Boyle it would have been even more stressful. Throughout the whole process he has been there for us whenever we needed help or advice and we cannot thank him enough. I am going miss my regular chats with him.Thank you so so much Matthew we will never forget what you did for us”

“I am in the final stages of completing a purchase of a property in Dublin. Predictably, I left converting the currency to the last minute after getting an eye watering quote from my bank for converting my balance to Euros (we are talking multiple thousands in fees here). I contacted APitS and Simon talked me through every step and kept me updated. I was worried about transferring (to me) huge amounts of cash through a third party but it was painless, professional and reassuring at every stage. The money was transferred within a matter of hours and safely with my solicitors by the end of the day. Will definitely use again”

“I have just completed on an Apartment purchase in Spain and i have to say that A place in the Sun, in particular Luke Dyson were extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process of transferring funds at such a stressful time. I very much appreciate the assistance i was offered and fully recommend that you use their service if you need piece of mind while transferring large amounts of Money to a foreign account. “Excellent, efficient service from start to finish. Simon was great to deal with and made our first non-UK property purchase straightforward. We were happy with the exchange rate (a definite benefit compared to using bank transfer). The process and T&Cs are extremely clear. “Sincere thanks to 'A Place in the Sun Currency Ltd' - but especially to Matthew Boyle who sensitively guided & babysat me through the whole transfer process - moving the proceeds from a Majorca apartment-sale back to the UK. I'd never done anything like this before ... but Matthew was always helpful & patient with me throughout.
