You promised and I paid for fast delivery and I won't receive my package until 4th May. That is not fast delivery. I'm very disappointed.

I bought 2 shoes, the packaging of the parcel very poor. The boxes of the shoes are damaged because of the shipping. My suggestion is to pack the shoes with another box

First the good. Will not take long. In the interest of fairness it was the cheapest out there. This is why I rate it at poor as opposed to terrible. I am being fair. There were cheaper ones out there, but not in a Medium. Which is where the positives stop! I will never use " Aphrodite 1994 Clothing" EVER again. On my check out page it read "Shipping Selected - Next Working Day" I was charged £5 for this privilege! It took four days for my item to reach my door! Yes FOUR DAYS!!! I have been in touch with the company. I asked for some postage funds to be reimbursed and they have pretty much just told me to go away. They sent me some random screen shot that does NOT even relate to my purchase. I do wish I could add it here. The screen shot basically said the post is not guaranteed, which apparently is hidden somewhere in the small print, SOMEWHERE on the site. The picture was of postage costs for £2.50!!! Mine was £5.00!!!! So it was not even related. There is nothing regarding the info they sent me on the actual CHECK OUT PAGE. Which is where this kind of information should be. This way paying customers would know!! When you have spent over £180 (Barbour Jacket) you really would expect to firstly get EXACTLY what you have paid for and secondly to be treated with the upmost respect. My wife was going to get her self a jacket as well, but NOT A CHANCE NOW!!! We will look else where. So for the sake of them doing the right thing which was to reimburse my postage funds, they have lost another £200 ish.

Aphrodite Menswear are always sorry when we do not meet our customer's expectations. This is the delivery schedule we did achieve over a very busy sale period Ordered Sunday 27th Dec 14:40hrs and delivered Wed 30th Dec 10:51 Delay was unfortunately due to Bank Holiday weekend and couriers not picking up till Tuesday 29th Dec. Item 100% but Paid for UK next day service and never got it. Guess that's what happens when you use dpd service over royal mails equivalent service

When I received my goods the security tag was still on so I had to go to my local outlet to get the tag removed.

I ordered two items for next day delivery. After chasing a few days later.one items couldn't be found and the second tirned up about five days later with something wlse I had ordered quite a few days later. When you order something and pay you don't expect to have to contact yourselves ro then make sure it's in stock or that you can find it.

Hi Julia, Thank you for your review. I can see from the system that an order confirmation was sent to your requested email address Sun 06/09/2015 16:09. Some email providers filter emails as 'junk' or 'spam' causing them to not go to the customers correct inbox, unfortunately we have no control over this filter. ordered a jacket and paid for next day delivery, had a days holiday from work to wait in for delivery...The jacket got lost and didn`t get delivered until the following day, my partner had to use a days holiday to wait in for the delivery....Still got charged the `next day delivery charge`...won`t be buying from them again.

I paid for next day delivery for my Son's delivery for a birthday present on saturday and they arrived 3 days later on Monday so not a good experience!

I was impressed with the efficiency of text and pr delivery information however, the quality of the t shirt was awful. My son has worn once, I've hand washed it yet it is full of bobles and looks shoddy. Certainly not the quality of Vivienne westwood one would expect.

Not happy having to pay a delivery charge for an item well over £100 when other companies offer free shipping for that amount.

Sorry you are not happy with our shipping charges. We offer Free delivery over £125 on Full price items however when in Sale and Sale items are purchased and these savings are usually high (in this case a whopping saving of £126) like most independents we charge shipping. £5 in the UK for next day delivery with tracking and a 1 hour delivery slot.

Great Paul Smith shirts but one looked as if it had been worn or was a sample. No proper tag and not wrapped in tissue with plastic clips and proper price tag. Good updates on delivery were appreciated.

The service, website and speed of the delivery were all superb. Unfortunately the Hugo Boss boots were not. They were at least 1-2 sizes larger than the 2 other pairs I own of the same brand. This is clearly not the fault of Aphrodite however the scuff on the right toe and scratches to both heels I feel may be. When spending a designer price tag it should be fair to expect designer price tag standards. I was also very disappointed to then discover the cost of returning the boots was £12.48. Had I looked properly at the returns policy before making my purchase, i would have seen that this would be the case however I naively assumed that Aphrodite may have fallen in line with many of the other designer retail website I usually buy from. This is a lesson learnt and has certainly made my decision to purchase elsewhere in future. Aphrodite had the makings of a great website however the 2 issues combined have ensured I will not be returning.

In 2014, I used online shopping on 10 different occasions, almost half of that in December. I regret to say that Aphrodite came on the bottom of the list. If the local store from Sunderland want to be national and taking seriously by shoppers, they need to make important changes. - delivery charges should be free over a certain amount. - returns through Collect + and should include return labels. - I ordered a shirt and pants, the shirt came in a very poor state fluffs all over, not pressed and looks like second hand from a charity shop. I would not recommend Aphrodite and will not consider them for my shopping in the future.

We had a quick search of our emails and have not had any previous correspondence from you to have allowed us to address any issues prior to your poor review and after only one order with us too. I will address your points openly After looking into your order detail I see that you have purchased in our Sale and sale items are not part of any Free delivery offers. We do have however have Free delivery offers on full priced items with minimum spends. www.aphrodite1994.com/delivery For returns Homecall with DPD is being introduced in 2015 to make it easier for those low level of returns that we do have. It is noteworthy that we have lower than the national average for clothing returns and half of these request exchanges. The majority of our orders go out pristine in brand packaging but the Sale bargains which you acquired may have been from our shop floor and our conscientious staff are usually very vigilant when packaging so I can only apologise for the fluff. Upon looking into your details I can see there was a system error causing the tie to show as being in stock when it was unavailable, apologies again for this mistake. There was an email sent to the email address used on the order 17/09/14 at approx 2pm explaining what had happened and also confirming a refund had been issued for the item, I am unsure why you have not received this email. A second email was also sent verifying the first email 19/09/14 at approx 12.20pm. Payed for trainers which showed in stock at time of ordering. I had to contact customer services several times as trainers did not arrive. I was told they were out of stock and would be arriving soon. I expect the seller to contact me to let me know what's happening not the other way about. Trainers arrived eventually.
