“Ordered online and received item, so no problem there, after only a few times been worn, only ever hand washed and still only a few weeks old the product (an £80 t-shirt) had holes in fabric around the label and the back. The holes have appeared around the stitching which I believe to be a manufacturing fault. I have emailed the company 3 weeks ago and yet still have not had a reply. So my review would be - poor product and very poor customer service”

“Worst company I've ever worked with. Product wasn't pictured correctly and they won't help me return the product. Asked me now to revise my review which I will not do, I hope everyone sees that this company doesn't work well with its customers. I have spent way too much of my time on this project already. I can have a partial refund and keep the item or send the item back at my expense and then wait for a postal reimbursement, what a joke.”

Hello Joseph, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that, this certainly isn't the experience we wish you to have with us. I can see that the team has advised to send this item back to us for a full refund, I'm afraid there is no alternative resolution to this if you do not wish to either keep the item with a partial discount or return the order for a full refund we can't take the query any further. “I ordered a Carhartt jumper from Aphrodite. A few days after I had placed the order I received an email informing me that they didn't actually have the size they'd advertised, and asking if I'd accept a smaller size. I said no and requested a refund. This was processed quickly and efficiently which was fine. Maybe better to make sure that the advertised sizes are in stock, rather than inform customers that they're unable to fulfil orders. Not a terrible experience, however.”
