Hello. The backpack came in the wrong color. I ordered this is olive, not stone. I need to have the olive shipped ASAP. Can someone please assist?

I ordered a size u.s. 9 and that's a u.k 8 but you sent me a u.k. 6.5 no good to I need a size 8 u.k.

Great product but a 140 pound top left on a doorstep isn't on at all, anyone could have stole it or top could've been damaged due to weather

The t-Shirt was not clearly marked as ‘Underwear’ I would not have purchased knowing that the t-shirt (as description) was a base layer top. Delivery and packaging no problem.

Service was great well packed just the boots were made in Vietnam and not in usa and looked cheap for the money not sure im gonna get alot of miles out of these compared to the ones i had before which were made in the usa

Aphrodite has never provide the tracking number even I have sent requests two times by email. I have to place an overseas phone call to get the ìnormation.

Placed an order 12:30pm for next day delivery to get an email from DPD stating two days. Called Aphrodite to ask why and they said because they have been busy they didn't book the delivery in time.

The product was too small which isn't Aphrodite1994's fault. It arrived promptly and was God quality. But having to pay £11 to return the product made the whole transaction very annoying.

Awesome deals good selection, however let down with their postage fees, Had to pay for delivery and also returns in this day and age is well below par, Massive deterrent for those buying online

I got an email, to say when my parcel would be delivered. Then got another to say that the parcel had not been dispatched and that the item was lost. When the parcel arrived, the t-shirt has yellow line marks on the front and back? I rang the Sunderland store and she said for me to bring the t-shirt in so the manager could have a look... I haven't really got time to go into Sunderland City center...? I have tried to wipe the marks off just to see if it had just been brushed against something light... The marks haven't been able to come off it must be a stain.

I received the coat but unfortunately the security tag had not been removed meaning I had to to return it. This caused me a lot of inconvenience. My son couldn't take the coat on holiday and I had to wait in for the delivery driver to pick up and return. Messed my week up. Not good.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers on 10th Aug 2017. One pair were a red and gold leather Adidas Gazelle (sku 12711SP516143) on pre-order, scheduled for delivery some time in September. When i ordered these trainers the photos on the page showed an ALL red pair of trainers, red leather trainer with RED leather Adidas stripes. When you notified me by email of shipment, around September 17th, I had another look at the page of these trainers. To my surprise the photos of the product had changed !! The photos showed a red leather trainer with WHITE stripes. This is not what I ordered on 10th August. When i received my trainers they were indeed red and white .... not what I ordered !! Why would a website change the product images after people have ordered them ? If you made a mistake with the product images then have the courtesy to acknowledge that and inform the customers. Offer a refund and maybe a money off voucher to encourage them to do business with you again. Something I doubt I will do again !! My trainers finally arrived yesterday, 4th October. I know I live in Sydney Australia but this delivery took way too long. All the other UK websites (END, Hanon, Farfetch, Zalando, Consortium) where I buy trainers deliver a lot quicker than this. Thoroughly disappointed with your service.

Hi Daniel, Please accept my apologies for the error with your order. The pre-order styles do occasionally change as the original images we receive are samples, however, if this is the case we contact all customers to advise them of any differences and send images of the new style. I am unsure why this has not happened in your case and I will certainly look further into this and feed it back to our staff. Looking at the shipping method the Royal Mail option was selected at the time of order which takes between 7-25 working days, the order was delivered within the specified time frame for this service.
