“The help and support from aperture was excellent. I was not left feeling unsure about anything. They kept in contact with me at every stage making sure I was ok and undersood everything that was happening. They are available for you to talk to at all stages of the process. You can call email text any queries and they will answer them in a timely manner. I can't thank them enough for all the help.”

“I have always found the staff at Aperture very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the IVA process. They are always on hand and have dealt with any query quickly and efficiently. The introduction of the client portal made things even more accessible and is something I have used quite a lot. They have helped to make this process as painless and simple as possible which I am very grateful for.”

“Aperture were absolutely fantastic when helping me to set up and complete my IVA. They really put me at ease and made what was a very frightening time for me a lot less daunting. They took control and gave me lots of advice. It felt good to not have to panic every time my phone rang or when I saw the postman!”
