“Template lost in post. Called, Anyfoam didn't call back. Eventually got someone helpful on the phone who confirmed that the template didn't arrive. Reordered as in the past the service has been very good.”

“I was happy with the quality of the product and the speed it arrived but was unaware that adding the polyfibre wrap would add another inch to my seat. I ordered a 3 inch piece of foam and added the polyfibre wrap but ended up with a 4 inch thick seat overall. I was told that as my order was bespoke measurements and the foam did measure 3 inches as I had ordered they could not help me. After a bit of back and forward communication with the sales manager I wasn’t really getting anywhere. As I was happy with the quality and need the seat for Christmas I have ordered a new 1 inch piece of foam and hope this will be much better. I would recommend the product but think a little more guidance on the website would assist.”

“Good product, fast delivery but unreliable website. Double or triple check your order and take a screen shot before submitting it as there is no order tracking like you get with Amazon for example.”
