“A month ago I bought two balloon antique chairs from Antique Furniture. Robert, the owner, took a lot of time to discuss the history of the chairs and whether another pair of Edwardian chairs were suitable or not. I decided to buy the Victorian balloon chairs, but decided in the end that they were not quite suitable for my home, although they were exactly as they appeared on his website and very elegant. Sometimes things have to be seen in the actual space to see whether they are right or not. I phoned Robert to say I wanted to return them, without any qualms he was willing to give me a full refund on my purchase and arranged for them to picked up. When buying from the internet, it is so important to know that a company is willing to refund. Robert was knowledgeable, professional and very fair. Many thanks. Best wishes, Gillian”

“I bought an antique chair off rob several months ago but only recently managed to collect. Rob was very flexible and accommodating about this. It's always a bit of a worry buying off the internet without seeing a piece if furniture but the chair itself is beautiful and if anything the pictures didn't do it justice I'm one very happy customer and would have no hesitation buying from here again”
