“This is a U.K. company which is always good to buy from. They supply John Lewis which says a lot for their quality. Products are made in Portugal and we always feel Portuguese cottons are durable.”

“Although I did love the dress Sadly I had to return it as the sleeves were too tight . I did ring and speak to someone at Anorak who suggested I bought the bigger size ,but it cost me £9 to return it ! So could not afford to risk that happening again .”

“Parcel received quite quickly but item returned as too big.2 parcels returned at the same time M&S I have already had the refund . Anorak, no communication ar all,I don't even know if it's been received back.”

“Absolutely love my new pj’s. They look great, are really comfy to sleep in and for someone whose nearly 5ft 11” they are the perfect leg length 👌 I plan on investing in another pair shortly 😊”

“Unfortunately and very sadly, customer service is not helpful. They have great product, with fantastic quality but customer service is a lot to be desired. For what has been extreme circumstances in my life, Anorak sadly were not understanding whatsoever in assisting with returns that I still have, when funds were and are very much needed. It is a shame to be left with a sour taste from what is lovely products.”

Hi Keira, I have looked into your order history and I can see back in May 2023 you had asked to return items that had been well outside our return policy for sale items. Customer service did try to resolve this problem for you but we had a two month delay getting a response from you. We are sorry but with sale items once the return date is well over due we are unable to accept the product back. We thank you for your positive feedback on your quality of our products and sorry we have not meet all your needs this time. Thanks.

“Shocking customer service. Sent me the wrong item. I refunded it (meaning was out of pocket due to the return postage fee) and then had to chase them for my refund before they got it to me. Finally have the money back 2 months after returning the item.”

We are so sorry to have disapointed you. We have had a big change of systems and staff here at Anorak and sadly during this period it did effect our efficiency during this period. We are back running at usual speed so do hope we can make a better impression next time as we value all our customer shopping with us.

“Pretty disappointed with the customer service and communication. I ordered a bundle two weeks ago and the tracking app says Royal Mail are still waiting for it. I understand these things happen, especially as Christmas is a busy time, but I've since sent two emails to Anaork asking about my order and not heard anything back and there's no phone number to call. Feeling a bit stuck on what to do now.”

“As an Edit to this review - I am still waiting for a response. Nothing has been resolved. This is shocking customer service. I will never use this company again!! Previous Review: I have emailed several times with no reply. I ordered 2 sets of a bath towel and hand towel but have only received one set. Poor service! A shame as I have ordered towels before and liked the ethos of the company.”

“Delay in postage but no updates or communication from company. Emailed and received a reply stating refund in progress, next day received another email stating item shipped! When finally received it didn't fit and returned for refund, minus their shipping costs. Overall slow delivery, slow communication from company and I'll buy elsewhere next time.”
