The quality of the clothes /fabric is so low/cheap looking and so different from the advertisement. Very disappointed with their service and products.

It has been a year and a half and Anna Hariri still did not deliver my 7 dresses. I cannot comment on their Facebook page and Instagram because they blocked me. Today, I learned that I cannot also login to their website Annahariri.com which contains my invoices and orders. I sent thousands of emails to follow-up on my order but to no avail. At first, they were promising to send it but now, they no longer reply to me aside from the automated email response. What is more infuriating about this company is that they are still out there, scamming more people by still promoting their brand on social media. Shame on you Anna Hariri. How dare you entice more buyers when you clearly did not fulfill all of your orders! Trustpilot, please help us get our money back and stop this fraud company steal people's money! My orders US88873 US82538 US52077 I just want my money back

I made an order for 4 dress at the start of 2020. I received only one dress out of the 4 i ordered for. Its been 2 years now and after countless effort emailing and trying to get in contact someone to help, still nothing. To say im disappointed is an understatement

worst company...takes your money and doesn't send you your order. I have an order made in August 2020 that I have not received and a chain of email between them and I where they blame covid for the delay and nothing has been done about it. This company needs to be shut down for fraud

Fraud & Scam I bought 15 dresses and spent more than $1000 received only 2. This order since 2020 and they stop replying to my emails. Please stop this company she keeps taking money from people, we have to close this company and stop this theft.

Really disappointed 😞 I am trying to contact them many times to get my orders US61167, US94306 which is purchased already from April 2020 but all the time ignored and no response at all I was very excited about my orders and I like their fashion but unfortunately they didn't respect their customers after they took the money 😕 I want even to cancel my order US61167, US94306 and get my money back but also no response at all and their email address not valid and this is considered for me as ascam not real business I wish my review to not be removed like the previous one 😕

I've contact several times. One order of mine hasn't even been processed in over 20 days. Another they created a label and didn't ship for days until I disputed. They are doing the same thing with my new order and won't let me return my items giving me an error.

Do not buy anything from them. They keep sending email notifications with the sale advertisements. Once you place your order, you won’t know the status of your order. I understand they may have delay due to Covid but communicate that to the customers and stop selling and charging your customers when you have backlog items and long wait for the product delivery . Do not advertise and keep customers in wait when you are not sure of the delivery date.

The purchase I made was never shipped as it says in my customer profile. You not only lie to customers, using the excuse of the pandemic and that is why the shipment is delayed, but you also create false ups ranking #, making the customer believe that the shipment was made. You are the worst online shopping company I have ever shopped with, you are lying thieves! I hope that an investigation comes after you and makes you out of business or sanctioned promptly so that they do not continue to harm anyone else.

It's been 3 months since I placed an order. I emailed them several times asking for a refund but no response. If you are unable to meet the customer’s needs, please return our money then you can continue your business and no one will blacklist or call you a SCAM! Being unresponsive to customer emails especially when we ask about refunds, clearly shows that you have NO INTEGRITY! Please don't buy anything from them

I ordered dresses and they came to me after 2 months and I did not like what I received so I sent two of them back. Worth $100. It’s been 2.5 months and I have not received my refund. Now they have stopped replying to my emails.
