“Placed an order, have not received it.. no response from customer service, tracking says it's still en route.. from NY to CA. With DHL which is also a horrible company... I'm giving 2 stars with the possibility of hearing back from them, but I'm guessing I won't.”

“I ordered an item on January 22. Nohing about being out of stock when I ordered. At the end of May I got a notice the item would be shipped. I checked UPS site and they say only that they have been notified. Still not shipped. Terrible.”
