“The customer service was as high quality as the jewellery created. I have an unusual setting engagement ring and was worried a typical wedding band would take away the unique design. There was no need to worry. I received bespoke designs outlining exactly what my wedding band would look like. With my current engagement ring. The mock ups were clear, well designed and communication was outstanding throughout. Delivery was quick considering it was a bespoke design . Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a high quality piece of jewellery”

Website was very clear to use and made a quick phone call to just enquire about the delivery and re-sizing if needed. “Have had two engagement rings off this company. Absolutely fab. I designed and altered both to be exactly as I wanted and they were both perfect. Would definately use them again for the wedding rings such reasonable pricing aswell for what your getting compared to elsewhere!”

“I promised my wife a new engagement ring for our silver wedding anniversary and wanted something a little special. She’s quite particular when it comes to this sort of thing so we wanted something that was more personalised. Angelic Diamonds had what she wanted and we were able to get the exact spec - size, colour, stone, everything. Placed the order and it arrived securely exactly when specified. Comms were excellent and the packaging was done with extreme care. We even received a certificate of authenticity and a valuation for insurance purposes. Brilliant from start to finish. “I placed the order on a very beautiful, unusual engagement ring. I had a date planned on when I was going to pop the question... got the email from Angelic with a delivery date 1 day late. I quickly emailed them and within an hour, everything was sorted, PANIC OVER! Angelic managed to get the beautiful ring 2 days earlier than expected! Top notch customer service. So I got down on 1 knee and popped the question. Luckily, she said YES! =) Roll on 4 months of wearing it with pride. The Fiancé calls me in a distressed tone. 1 of the tiny side diamonds had disappeared?! She was gutted! After searching all day. I sent the dreaded email to Angelic and explained. Once again, in under 1 hour I get a reply. A list of instructions was emailed to me and the ring is now with workshop. They have quoted an 8-10 day turnaround which seems pretty fair to me. My Fiancé has said her hand feels naked right now haha! So far, I am very pleased with the company and I would highly recommend them on their workmanship and customer care. I will be buying the wedding ring from them in the near future. No doubt about it.”

“Jayne was very helpful when I was trying to decide which ring to get. I am absolutely happy with my half eternity ring. Absolutely stunning diamonds which is of the same quality as my engagement ring from a high street jewellers but half the price. Would highly recommend!”

“I came across Angelic Diamonds when searching for a wedding ring. I didn't want to go to a mainstream jeweler and pay inflated prices, so was thrilled to find out Neil and his team make rings in their onsite lab. We met him and looked through a selection of rings and he was patient and helpful whilst we asked questions and tried them on several times. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. We are thrilled with the rings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Angelic Diamonds !”
