“the pre-sale help was really good, Urszula, I think, was her name...she helped me fast and competent The packaging inside the boxes was also good, but the boxes themself were far too thin, nearly all were torn and retaped by the transport company. it is a wonder that nothing really bad happened to the marchandise...allthough i will unwrapp everything only later in middle of November....”

“I was a little disappointed to find a few items out of stock with no prior warning, and also to find damaged stock..although AW replaced what was needed promptly without fuss. I love the huge variety of goods and the super friendly prices and quick delivery. Communication via email is also great. Thank you”

“I am looking for a selection of unbranded essential oils for my company and Ancient Wisdom very generously gave me a mixture of free and discounted samples, with free postsge. I am especially pleased with the scent of the dilute Rose. I now want to use them to see how effective they are (for me) compared to samples that I have trialled from elsewhere. Thank you Ancient Wisdom.”

“Customer service is second to none.Very helpful at every level .From answering to a question on their facebook page to help online before purchasing ,to aftersales ( I did have a few things that were no good ) but were refunded .So keep it up Ancient Wisdom.Just getting ready to put a second order in and hoping that all goes well. “The reason i give you 4 stars is about shipping abroad... You ask me alot to ship them to me and then i ship to UK address to friend of mind and he ship to me for the 1/3 of the price you ask me... Everyrhing else it was fine...”

“Always fast shipping and most of the time I'm happy with the products. Unfortunately no communication when there's something out of stock, which would be nice as I still pay as much shipping cost for less shipped items. It would be nice to know about items being out of stock before the order is sent.”
