“Very quick and efficient. Wish there was more information on the metals used on the earrings and necklaces for allergic reactions. Overall very pleased with products supplied.”

“I love all of ancient wisdoms products, and there has ever been an issue the customer service is great. The only item I’ve ever ordered that I didn’t like was the rose petal sliced soap, which I couldn’t sell because it was brown, but everything else has been amazing thank you x”

“Very good service and quick responses from Ancient Wisdom. Cannot fault them. Shame about the courier company they use who continue to let us down. No communication from them regarding delivery. Still waiting for an order.”

“I recently bought a selection of himalayan salt products and found the order was delt with quickly, the packaging was excellent (had to be with the way the courier threw them about). The only criticism is the boxes the lamps come in could do with being stronger especially for the larger lamps.”

“Ancient Wisdom reflects some of my ethics in production, and I am happy to do business with them. My only criticism is the lack of product training for the customer care team. I have often heard the "I don't understand" when asking quite lightweight technical questions. Also when I had faulty goods, the onus was not on the care team to sort it out, but for me to sort it out. They just let down the owner's attention to detail and care.”

In terms of faulty items our procedure is to ask for photos of the damages/ faults so that we can sort it out without asking our customers to spend extra time and effort having to return the goods. “There is good and not so good here but easy to pass blame, all at AC handled it quickly and efficiently and a solution was found. I ordered one of your big Yoga Gongs which arrived and was gorgeous..........but i couldn't assemble it, the notches were not in alignment either on the top half or the bottom bar. As it was such a big item it was a pain to have to pack up and send back but i couldn't sell it on either in that condition. Your staff at AC couldn't have been more understanding and we soon found a solution that suited all concerned so thank you for sorting...... I will be ordering another one as i have had nothing but praise and positive comments for the first one - so fingers crossed”

“Generally not bad,you always respond fairly immediately whenever I leave a message. But I think a little more care should be taken when packing orders. On the last order one of the bags(the red patterned one) wasn't the one I ordered and was not in a sealed bag. The prices are a little high on some items and it would be helpful to be able mix things like the soap bombs instead of ordering a whole case of one variant. Also I think with some items, the images don't quite reflect the actual item on arrival. But you do ship things swiftly. You have a fantastic range of interesting products, in general are of high quality. So I plan to continue ordering from you. In general a good company to deal with,but not all the staff appear to want to speak muchwhen I have called to ask about something.”

“Pleased with the items I ordered , the bath bombs are a lovely size and smelt really good , the bouquets of flowers looked really nice but were smaller than I thought they were going to be . I ordered a soap cutter and 2 soap loafs , the strawberry soap was much darker than in the photos but the raspberry compote loaf looked and smelt fantastic . The hare &salt soap flower boxes looked really nice and are a really good size. Delivery was very quick and good communication of arrival time”
