“Your products are amazing, definitely a 5 star. Love that you are Fair Trade. I find your website difficult to navigate, sometimes I find gorgeous products I seem to have overlooked. Frustrating that so many products on the website are out of stock for such long periods. Have had some problems with late delivery. Customer care team very helpful but aren't always available when needed due to limited working hours,no weekends...that said you source amazing products that are high quality and really unusual”

“The Staff at Ancient Wisdom are very friendly and willing to offer their complete support when something goes awry just like when a order of ours went missing yesterday from the Delivery Depo and the item was untraceable. Although at the Main Depo HQ The Consignment number was available on screen yet they did not know where our Consignment happened to be. When i messaged to voice my concerns one of the operators Rhianne addressed the situation promptly. She had the Number checked seen that it had not been delivered and she had our order completley taken care of and sent out to us next day delivery. We are all very thankful as being a small family business every item is important to the sustainability of our little corner in the Disability Centre where everyone says it brings a little piece of Haven to all who Visits there.
