We find many interesting items, quality and prices , and would buy except for shipping expenses which cut into base cost too much. My suggestion is to lower free shipping purchase by finding a better shipping partner to handle it.

We do appreciate your suggestions but I'm afraid the shipping cost reflect the service you receive. We strive to offer to our customers the best compromise between quality and price. We deliver only using reputable couriers partners like DPD (Bartolini), DHL or TNT in order to give you a professional and fast service. As bad is it may sound to you, 14.95€ of shipping cost for your order, no matter how much weight or how many boxes would be, it is a pretty good price for a tracked parcel(s) delivery. Also, please, keep in mind that the goods travel a long way from UK to Italy so it is essential that your orders will be put in the best hands for the job.
