“I was extremely impressed by the staff who were doing the removal especially the two younger members they were very helpful and cheerful and I would employ any of these boys if that was the kind of work they wished to do.”

“Extremely professional from the moment amc were booked until removal was completed. The team of three were very pleasant and very efficient in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them. “I had booked removal cant remember first date but was rebooked in for the 10th August, they sent me a text message today saying it was booked for the 8th no it was not as when i phoned them i sent a message to son thats it booked for the 10th , she went on to tell me on the phone that they had tried to phone me eh no missed calls on mobile, now they can not book me in again as was done through the welfare fund im so angry.”

“Pleased with the removal of my belongings from my house to your store on Saturday 29 July 2023.Will be able to comment more accurately when they are returned to my new address later in the year.John and Alan worked hard and were pleasant to deal with during the day.Would have them back at another time.”

“AMC I honestly couldn’t have managed without you all, moving dates getting shifted to so much more and you were all so helpful to us, eventually made it our new home without a problem thanks to the removal men who were so helpful and friendly, I honestly can’t thank or recommend this company any higher,in my eyes definitely the best out there,I don’t usually do reviews but this one was a must, thank you all from the fantastic office staff to our delivery men”

“AMC were great with the communication side of things & the team on the day were fantastic. No hassle, no pressure & worked hard & put everything where we wanted. Would thoroughly recommend & would definitely use again. The one thing they could improve on was the use of hanging wardrobes - in the past other firms have used cardboard ones but AMC used big metal framed units that one person carried on their back by themself. This meant possible damage to walls etc on way up stairs. I think metal framed units were not ideal or they should be a 2 person carry.”

“AMC Removals provided a really excellent professional removal service. They communicated everything to my husband and I, including letting us know what time the team/ lorry would arrive on the morning of moving home. They were very careful with our belongings and did not damage anything. Our sofa and bed are very large but they managed to take them apart and transport them well. Thank you AMC removals, we really appreciate your great service provided.”

“The guys were fantastic. What could have been a tricky move with all the plants and such turned out to be straight forward enough. It was a busy day, but it would have been much harder had I not had such a professional and easy to deal with crew.”

“I had a removal in November to another flat and didn't have much stuff to be moved. The main big thing was a 50ince tv. When I got to my other flat my belongings were already in the flat as the council were in flat waiting for me with paperwork. Withing 2 hours I set my tv up and noticed the screen was cracked which I reported to amc. They were fobbing me of for the first few months as if they didn't want to pay for the damage to tv which is unrepairable so cheaper to get new tv which two different tv repair companies told me. Now after emailing them and sending a letter they are not responding at all. I am taking this further and I am not letting them get out of this. I would not recommend using this company because if goods are broken in transit they to not want to pay out and use excuse after excuse and drag it out thinking you will go away.”
