Ordered on Sunday several items, and delivery promised by 19th (Tuesday) of all items. Received half items on Tuesday. Some items still not arrived, and delivery notification now says earliest arrival is the 27th potentially later. Very poor. Asked for a return and full refund and refused, will have to look at going through my credit card company now.

I ordered a bathroom soap dispenser which was reduced from £39 to £11. It arrived with the top lose and not secure. I thought Amara would either replace it or refund my money, but oh no, they contacted me to ask for confirmation that I was the account holder. Yes, I am, a couple of days lapsed, then I was asked to photo/video the faulty item. At 75 years old I am of the generation who finds this task doesn't come easy and I don't like to bother anyone to help with such an inexpensive sale item. The soap dispenser is NOW on sale at £4. I will not buy from greedy Amara again.

Appalling unhelpful Order place 30/11/22 Email received stating item were due to be delivered 08/12 as of today 14/12 i still have not received my items even though payments have been taken Contacted customer service appallingly bad experience , exceptionally unhelpful staff was told due to high volume of orders delays with shipping Still no tracking on Evri website basically Amara are taking orders which they cannot fufill absolutely outraged at the service i have received

Rated 1 out of 5 stars No delivery of Xmas gift. I have ordered a child’s tool and work bench from AMARA who used Evri is courier - as a first time customer. My delivery was scheduled by 5 Dec 2022. However tracking highlighted the parcel was sent back to AMARA between 1 to 3 December. Reason unknown. I have checked my RING CAMERA and there have been no deliveries to my home between over this period and prior. Cannot get hold of Evri! So disappointed that this Xmas gift has gone astray in the delivery system and for what reason? I won’t be using AMARA again! Date of experience: 01 December 2022

I bought the beautiful black and white amara towels at a hefty price. I was very careful to wash them in a mesh lingerie bag and despite the fact, some threads unraveled before their first use. Terrible quality. Do not buy.

Unfortunately, it is very rare these days to encounter a proffessional and efficient company. But with AMARA, I found these qualities in abundance. A special mention for MATHEW in customer services who I found to be most helpful and attentive who resolved my problem without fuss, politness and very efficiently... I will certainly be shopping again for goods at Amara, and recommend them to all my friends.... well done to all the team at Amara...

I am extremely impressed with Amara and their customer service. I purchased a lovely towel rail that unfortunately arrived damaged however I called up the helpline and spoke to a very helpful and reassuring customer care advisor called Alex. The issue was however resolved so quickly as a new towel rail was delivered literally the day after she confirmed it was going to be replaced! Lovely products and worth looking at their sale pages for bargains!! Thank you Alex!

I fell in love with Amara. The best of the best site for online purchasing and customer service is a brilliant. Would like to mention Samira as she’s so helpful and cooperative. Any question she will respond immediately with no delay. All products which have been ordered by me were a high quality. I’d recommend to use particular this site if anybody’s looking for luxury and unique stuff with a logical price buying online. Wish a Merry Xmas!

Simply outstanding! The store has a great range of products across several luxury brands and prices, which makes it my favorite gift shopping destination - for others or even myself. It also has incredible customer service. One of my items arrived broken and the process to get it replaced was easy and friendly. It is also worth noting that they are open to customer feedback on the packaging quality. So if you see a mishandled box (even if your items are not damaged) make sure to report it :)

I ordered a beautiful glass bowl which arrived with a mind-boggling quantity of bubble wrap, but still sadly, had multiple chips on the rim. I 'phoned and spoke to Matthew, who could not have been more understanding, and by the following day (after sending photos) I received a replacement. Ironically, packed with far less bubble wrap - packing paper instead - but absolutely intact and beautiful! It was the understanding, kind and professional nature of Matthew's dealings that lead me to a five star review. Oh, and the bowl is gorgeous!

All of my dealings with Amara have been extremely positive and very professional. It has been prompt service with a smile all the way, including when I had a problem with an item, after establishing the fault a replacement was sent immediately, the kind of service that establishes warm and comfortable feelings for Amara. The customer service is top notch. To name a few, Matthew and Leah were 2 recent customer service staff I liased with. They were very prompt and friendly. Though the item I bought was already 3 months, Amara refunded me when I feedback about the workmanship. The service recovery is very impressive and I will certainly continue to be a customer as I can shop with peace of mind in Amara. Keep up the excellent service!
