“I couldn`t connect the App to the watch, even the tiny SIM card was awkward.Spent 2 hours getting nowhere . Asked a neighbour`s techie son to help- he couldn`t , so ended up going to a computer shop to sort it. Will test it out today”

Our customer has emailed us directly and we've arranged for a free return and full refund along with our apologies that the product didn't work on this occasion. The issue would appear to be a faulty unit.
