Easy read face because of abbreviated daily names. This leaves a clear space between letters and segment lines. Sadly battery fittings extremely tight and problem with actually working.

We sincerely apologise that this customer has had a late delivery on their order, unfortunately the reason for this delay was that the order was placed for items that needed to be customised. Unfortunately, customised orders do take longer to ship and we contacted our customer to inform them of the delay. We have now completed delivery of this product, however we do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Haven't received this parcel yet..It was supposed to be a Christmas present but far too late now. I've had to chase the delivery and hopefully it will be with me 24-48 hours. I am disappointed that I have not received it yet.

We're sorry to hear our customer did not receive their order on time. We contacted the customer to offer assistance and gave them the tracking information. Royal Mail had attempted the delivery twice, however, since this review has been left the order has been delivered. We do provide full tracking information with all of our orders and rarely experience any issues with delivery but are happy to help when problems do occur.
Hi I am a Parkinson’s sufferer and have fallen quite badly recently so I bought the watch to alert my family that I may have fallen. It's impossible to follow the instructions and when you get to a particular page you can't get out of it. I've been trying for 3 days and am completely fed up with not being able to get the thing to WORK. Sincerely Ingrid Mair

I didn't think the toilet seat was of very good quality compared to the seat it replaced and there was bits of rough ragged plastic on the back of the toilet lid not very good if it was to be used by people with dementia. Also it didn't seem to be like the one I looked at online which had a special feature that locked it into place but as it was taken out of the I couldn't return it. I wouldn't recommend buying one but the one thing and reason for the 2 stars is the colour works so my husband recognises it as the toilet.

We're sorry to hear our customer had problems setting up this product and did not receive a reply to her enquiry. Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate an enquiry relating to our customer's order. We have reached out to our customer to see if they require any help as we do offer technical support via telephone and email.
Delivery was satisfactory, but the motion sensors were not shown as out of stock. I did receive a call asking if I wanted to keep that part of the order in place.

Great idea but plug moves out of place after you run the taps so someone won’t dementia wouldnt know to push the plug back in place. Needs something more suitable

Sadly a very disappointing product. The radio receiver is poor and doesn’t receive as many stations as other radios in the house despite moving it around to try and get better signals. The build quality is also poor. The bigger buttons are good but sadly these features don’t compensate for the poor radio reception. Not worth the money IMO.

Ordered product and three times was emailed by royal mail saying they were going to deliver but each time they failed. Took a week to finally get it when should have been 48hrs as that's what I paid for. AlzProducts said no refund for postage as royal mail can take as long as they like apparently!!!

We're sorry to hear that there was a delay delivering our customer's order. Our delivery partners are currently experiencing some delays to the delivery of some parcels due to industrial action. The majority of orders being shipped by our standard service are still arriving either early or on time but there has been some exceptions. We have apologised for the inconvenience this has caused our customer.
Delivery promised in 2-3 days and it’s now 8 days. Yvette has been in touch (following my email asking where my order was) to explain that it’s a mistake on your behalf due to there being no stock. She hopes it will be in by this weekend so hope that I will receive it during the course of next week. I have bought other products from you and always a quick and reliable response. So I’ll forgive you and mark up much higher if it does arrive this week coming. Thanks

The transmitter and the pager were not compatible. I contacted the manufacturers who were very helpful, they guided me through the process of pairing the two devices.

We're sorry to hear that our customer's product was not paired. This is very unusual as the product is normally paired before dispatch. We were glad to hear that the manufacturer resolved the problem.
Used this scent, along with seaside sounds, in four different social groups for clients with mild to moderate dementia. All said it was a nice smell but sadly it didn’t remind them of the seaside.

The cards were not as expected . They were described as category snap cards, which turned out not to be snap cards in the old fashioned sense . It turns out a lorry and a car are snap as they are both vehicles etc . Too difficult a concept for someone with late onset of dementia . I would have to purchase another set of cards to play snap in the true sense . A little disappointed .

I was disappointed in this puppy. Glue on the fur, sharp edges where the ears are attached . The base was heavy and this would make it hard to hold. No on-off switch . I wouldn't want to give it to a child.

We're sorry to hear that our customer's order was delivered late. We've investigated this and can see this was due to a rare stock error on our system, we did contact our customer via email to discuss alternative options but the item returned to stock and was then dispatched via an express delivery method.
Unfortunately due to increased courier charges you no longer deliver to Ireland. I was so disappointed as I purchased the bud from you site last year for my mother who has dementia and she still uses it. Your site is the only one I can find that supplies suitable gifts so it's really disappointing but I totally understand your reasons not to deliver to Ireland.

I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I was expecting this little beagle pup to be soft to the touch, like perhaps a cushion. Unfortunately it was solid and, as my mother is blind she would certainly know that it didn’t feel in the least like any kind of animal. So I was disappointed and sent it back. They refunded, minus the postal cost. I have now bought a piece of fur fabric to make it into something that feels real for Mum to stroke.
