“Bought for my Mum who sometimes is not sure what day it is or part of the day, which is important when taking medication and following dietary requirements. She liked the clock. It was delivered quickly.”

“This has changed my dad’s ability to use the tv. What an excellent device. It’s not 100% perfect. Every week or so, he manages to do something he’s not supposed to, but I’ll happily take that over how it was before. I’d highly recommend this for dementia sufferers.”

“Great face and easy to operate 'voice'. It should make a big difference to my husband and allow him to be able to continue to know the time independently. Unfortunately we are having to buy a new strap for the watch as the one supplied is a bit too tight.”

“It's the 2nd year I've bought this for my mother who had a stroke. Its bigger print makes it easy to read and one day at a time saves confusion. My only slight issue is the card that holds the calendar up gradually weakens and spreads so by October it's more horizontal and more difficult to read.”

“we bought the one button radio for my mother-in-law who is 99 and almost blind. She's in a care home. She can manage the button! Hurray! But has some difficulty in understanding speakers. We hope she'll get used to it. We've set it to her favourite radio station - radio scotland. She may get a hearing aid. I'd just like to say that your delivery courier (DPD?) was very poor. The parcel arrived with two labels to two different addresses. It was only by luck we managed to get it. But I know you were ready to send a substitute if we didn't succeed. And you responded very promptly. I'm impressed.”

“Bought this for my dad for Christmas like the idea of the one button and you can set the radio station and sound.......the one small issue is trying to take the front of the radio to set the station and sound its very hard to take off I know my dad would have struggled. Sounds good neat radio”

“Very excited about the prospect of my purchase - but a little disappointed when it arrived, as the only font easy enough to read are the headlines. Maybe it’s my mistake but I thought my Dad would be able to read the stories and not just the headlines - he will need a magnifier do t know whether this will put him off - will have to wait and see.”

We're sorry to hear that our customer was disappointed with the newspaper books. We do appreciate that the writing is small and may be difficult to read. They are designed to look like the original newspaper and be shared as a reminiscence aid. We do have a 30 day returns policy, so the books can be returned for a refund if they are unsuitable.
