“The booking process was very easy and efficient - over the phone and via email... and without feeling pressurised to make a booking. Both Matt and Steve were able to answer my various questions about the chalets ( particularly important when taking a 6 month old), made a couple of appropriate suggestions and were happy to hold bookings on a couple of chalets while I spoke to the rest of my part. Will definitely use Alpenglow in the future.”

“World class service from both Matt and Steve. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond service expectations. Having dealt with other ski chalet companies in the past I'm pleased that we came across Alpenglow and will most definitely recommend them to our friends and family.”

“Very efficient and friendly. Despite our first choice from the website not being available, Matt contacted me and took our requirements and came up with multiple options for a busy half term week, and then worked hard to secure our first choice, while keeping other options on hold. It was really helpful to work with a UK based company that had hands on knowledge and advice, that ensured we got the holiday we wanted.”

“Matt Simpson has been superb so far making this the easiest holiday booking for us. If the Ski holiday is brilliant too he deserves a medal. He answered many emails giving good detailed information and no question seemed too much to answer. From being on a first family ski holiday we knew exactly what we wanted and didn't want this time so really valued his expertise in this area. Thanks so much. Rhiannon”
