Ordered two parts. One arrived within a few days but the other part was missing. I phoned the number many times but did not get through. I sent a email and got a response within a few hours and received the second parts within a few days. Very happy. Parts genuine great service.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong replacement blade for my mower. The team could not have been more helpful in sorting out the mistake and advising on the correct blade. I should have asked them before ordering! And with free and prompt delivery, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I ordered the replacement part (a solenoid for my ride on mower) at 10:42am on 3rd August on the basis that the advertised "dispatches within 24 hours" would enable me to get the part fitted by an engineer servicing my mower the following Tuesday (9th). The next day (4th) at 4.49pm an automated email advised the order was "processing". When I tried to call on several occasions, no one was there to answer my call. I emailed, but had no response until I had an automated email advising dispatch was being made on Wed 10th at 4.45pm. The part eventually arrived over a week after my order was place on Thursday 11th August so completely out of line with the company's marketing spiel and pretty poor service all round as there was no one able to speak to me at any point. I would recommend other potential customers try and speak before ordering or look elsewhere.

Easy to use website. The belt sent was a top quality belt better than the belts I have bought in the past. I emailed to buy another one and I had a very prompt reply and bought another belt as a spare. Fast delivery really pleased with the service. Will use all the time.

Found All Mower Parts through google as I found my belt guard had broken. I had no idea there were so many parts. So I emailed in gave the info they required and they provided the part number. Postage was quick and free, can't fault their service. Thanks a lot

I ordered the part on August 14th and got an email 16th confirming it was processed. I sent a number of emails as it had not arrived and tried telephoning but got absolutely no response and so cancelled the order and dot the part from another website two days later. On 9th Sept I received an email saying my order was despatched having had no response to my emails and the email cancelling the order. Shipping and delivery was definitely NOT within 5 days but more like 25 days and on Customer Service queries resolved in under an hour it just never happened

Ordered parts online said they were in stock when I emailed the check delivery progress was told out of stock and two weeks lead time very poor service never use again

Have been told for months by all the lawn mower dealers l contacted that it wasn’t possible to get a replacement throttle cable for my 2003 Atco Balmoral came across All Mower Parts by chance. Ordered one on Friday fitted it Saturday cut the lawn Sunday. Brilliant service !

I ordered this petrol cap for my lawn mower but was the wrong one ,I phoned up and spoke to a lovely lady who found the right one and emailed me instructions on how to return it and order the right one very helpful.
