PROMPT AND QUICK SERVICE BUT SMOKE STOP FILTERS ARE A LITTLE BIT PRICEY THE FILTER IS VERY GOOD WITH THE SMOKE STOP FILTER AND TRAPS A LOT OF DUST TOO

The staff arent exactly scientifically trained, but their advice is good for those who want knowledge between products they stock. For this it is better to go to the manufacturers themselves. Regarding sales and product dispatch they are excellent.

Better air quality for my wife who suffers from asthma. Particularly useful while we have had builders doing some alterations.

I am having running nose every morning.At first in September,2014 doctor told me that I am suffering from synus ,and gave me a lot of medicine.he adviced to take steam.l took those medicine for 2 month but the condition gradually become worse.then I move towards natural treatment,and done some inhalation and exhalation exercise .they helped me but later no effect of those exercise.I consulted from many doctors who advised me to take steam regularlyand I took .now it's more than 2 years and my nose is still running every morning.pls help me.

Good range of Air Purifiers. Good FAQ. Delivery very quick. To be excellent, a few minor improvements. First, customer service could more clearly emphasise differences in filter replacement policies & implications for warranty. Second, clearer link between order & delivery messages.

Although I ordered an IQ Air HealthPro 150 Air Purifier I was sent IQ Air HealthPro 250 Air Purifier in error. As I had it all set up before I discovered the error and was offered the choice of keeping it or having it changed I decided to keep it.. It has worked very well and the air quality in my flat has certainly improved.. I am a bit concerned that the replacement filters for the 250 may be more expensive than the ones for the 150 when the time comes to replace them.

Dear Ms. D. Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that there was a mix up in your order. In regard to your concern about the filter cost: for average usage we would expect the pre-filter of the HealthPro 250 to last about 12-18 month and the Hyper HEPA filter 3-4 years. Through the use of the sophisticated timer function of the IQAir HealthPro models you can set the unit up to go on and off at particular times and speed settings, and thus further optimise filter life. Very prompt response to enquiry from the initial enquiry to delivery was 48 hours. Informative and honest sale, quick dispatch. We would have given very good, however post sale communication stopped which was a shame. You do get what you pay for and the machine is fantastic.
