“Good exchange deal offered, prompt delivery and collection of my instrument. Friendly help and advice on the telephone. The new instrument, a Yamaha Genos, is a vast improvement technically on the previous model, however I do miss some of the older Styles.”

“I am tempted to upgrade my Genos to the Genos2 and I had forgotten that I purchased my Genos from Allegro back in 2017 at which time my contact at Allegro,Emma gave me excellent service. I have been making enquiries at other music shops but having looked at the Allegro website and the fantastic range of services, I am confident that should I change keyboards, I will be happy to give my business to Allegro.”

“Upgraded from A Tyros 2 to a 76 Key Tyros 5. I was given a generous part exchange for my old Tyros, and they were more than happy to point out the different finance offers, in particular the "take it away" which would have given me a 9-month interest free option. The delivery of the new instrument (which was free) came 3 days after I paid for it and only 2 days later a collection courier came to collect my Tyros 2 which was also free of charge. The salesperson I dealt with called Ben was very professional and gave me really good advice using his "musicians head" not just as a salesman. If he was busy when I telephoned with it must have been at least a dozen different queries, he always returned my call promptly and was always happy to give me his advice and know how. I should also point out the Tyros 5 was in mint condition as was the speakers, all the wiring and the manual, I even got a 2 year solid guarantee. I cannot praise Allegro Music enough and would highly recommend anyone to give them a call first for your musical needs, it will save you looking around elsewhere and I promise you will not be disappointed.”

“Allegro Music are a wonderful company to deal with, from my first enquiry to the delivery and set-up in my home. Chris had to come to London on the day of delivery, next day service, and was stuck in really heavy traffic which took a few hours longer to get to me keeping me informed he was still on his way but still persevered when most would have turned back and tried another day. Chris and his son still had a beaming smile when they arrived and even set things up for me. My new Yamaha SX900 was in perfect condition and I was also given a bonus usb drive with extras for the keyboard. I had a few teething problems as with any new items, and on contacting the store, the staff went out of their way to solve them, very friendly efficient team, and customer focused which is getting harder to find these days so top marks from me and highly recommended if you want peace of mind now and going forward with your purchase you can't go wrong with Allegro Music.”

“I purchased a keyboard which arrived by the transport damaged but it only took one phone call for Allegro to arrange everything to picking up the damaged keyboard to sending me a replacement. I don't normally do feed back but the service at Allegro was above and beyond.”

“i contacted allegro music as i wanted to trade in my yamaha psr-s950 for a tyros 3 with speakers ben came back to me and give me a great deal and i am happy with the service i got and would recommend them”
