“Ordered some items online in June. No items have been received and customer services will only pass me an email for Matt and Andy. When I email, I get no response. As the other reviews say this is fraud/robbery”

“I called all time locksmith security via Halifax locksmiths, the phone was answered immediately and details were given. I was advised that they will send someone out within 2 hours, 15 mins later a locksmith called me to tell me he is on his way and will be with me in 20 minutes, he gave me his name so I knew who to expect. Vlad arrived on time, he was polite, efficient, explaining the problem and replaced my lock mechanism immediately. I paid on on my card. Vlad kept me informed and was extremely professional. Thanks Vlad and All Time locksmiths security. I will recommend your service.”

“The guy who came charged me a very high price, I called the company for checking prices and they told me a much cheaper prices doing exactly the same job, the employee of this company are a total fraud and no honest. I feel sorry for this company having such a thief employee. Be careful!”

“Total rip-off I was quoted 45 to 55 pounds on the phone as I explained the situation to the phone operator to open front door or I was charged £106.80 for a 4 minutes labouring job opened the door which a credit card like was put through the door and pumped it open. This company needs to employ more honest and more or decent subcontractors!”

“I bought handles from this company online and paid for a 2day delivery. 12 days later after making 5 phone calls I've still no goods. Whoever answers the phone just says sorry email customer service. I've sent 6 emails and have had no response . This is awful service. They took my money quick enough but didn't deliver any goods.”

“Just been thoroughly ripped off by this company. I thought I was calling a local locksmith "Mortlake Locksmiths", but I later found out (from the invoice) that I was doing business with "alltimelocksmiths" who have set up fake websites / and business names all over London to pose as local businesses. Just paid £400 for a call out during normal weekday working hours. The guy tried to charge me £180 to replace part of an ERA high security night latch lock, the whole thing which can be bought for £45 online. I showed him this and he made up some nonsense about the online product not having a warranty or being british standard (which is course it did, but I knew nothing about locks at the time). He then agreed to replace the cylinder only for £89 only. I later found out that a replacement era cylinder can be bought for £20 online. After reducing the price of the lock, he added an extra £59 for the labour to install the new cylinder (which took him 5 minutes), and which we never agreed to up front. I reluctantly paid due to my naivety and being locked out of my house on a freezing winter day. But after researching the (actual) company name on the invoice and seeing the reviews on this site, I see many people have found themselves in exactly the same situation. The guy did show up quickly, and was able to drill out the high security lock, which I would have been more than happy to pay for, but the trickery over the inflated replacement lock prices, and hidden labour fee added at the end left me feeling completely conned and ripped off. Avoid at all costs.”

“Courteous enough service, but extortionate price for replacing a 5 lever deadlock. On the phone I was quoted a relatively reasonable labour charge plus parts but on the day the cost of the lock itself was extraordinary. And all of a sudden there was a call out charge which hadn't been mentioned before.”

“Also been stung by this rogue company yesterday. I was charged £49 for labour and £298 for the cost of replacing a deadlock. I should have asked for the box it came in so that I could check prices. No estimate was given and I certainly was not warned of this extortionate price before I was presented with a bill for £416.40. I suggest that all the annonymous reviews were posted by the individuals from the company itself. I would also give it 0 stars if there was an option.”

“Completely conned by this company. Rang to find the cost of replacing a lock and was told £45! Once here I was told the job cost £512.I paid because I panicked. Just been to my local locksmith- they knew of this rogue company- their charge would have been £180 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“I wish I had read the reviews. I have just been ripped off by this company too. I was quoted £59 + VAT for a job over the phone with Chris (apparently), who understood what the issue was with the lock. When the locksmith came out this morning, he charged £100 + VAT for a 10 second job. I timed him. I called to complain and was greeted with a very aggressive person on the phone. I would honestly stay away from this dishonest company!!!!”

“Charged £270 for a job that took two minutes. Key was stuck in the door on the inside and the door wouldn't open. The technician used a hook to go through the letterbox and pull the handle down and charged us nearly £300. Wouldn't recommend at those prices.”

“Feel that I was certainly ripped off. Was feeling vulnerable as front door lock had failed and the firm that originally fitted 1t refused to give a day they could fix it. I paid Terralox a total of £384 to drill and fit a new lock. This included £180 for labour (one hour in total), £140 for the lock and VAT. Terralox comes under the 'All Time Locksmiths' umbrella. If there was the option I would give a zero star rating.”
