“I have ordered from All Floors Express before and as previously, the order was correct, expedited quickly and good communication from driver about scheduling delivery. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company, as well as the product, this lovely MANX Castle King carpet - looks amazing and with the 'twist' does not show dog hair!”
“Carpet was delivered with badly frayed edges. It looked like it had been cut with a knife and fork when it was unrolled. Fortunately my fitter was able to cut off the 4+ inches that were frayed as the room was less than 4 metres in length”

Very surprised to read this review as all carpets are supplied and cut at the manufacturers as you can confirm it was fully wrapped and the manufacturers label on the outside. we wish you had contacted us rather than hearing about it for the first time on reviews.

“I have already left a review but feel this company is losing stars because of carpet samples. I actually found the carpet I liked and looked on line for price comparisons. It was so much cheaper with this company I couldn't believe it was the same carpet. I had a couple of questions regarding delivery which were answered straight away. I had wanted to buy locally but the difference in price was £400.00. So I would give more than 5 stars and think my local companies are charging too much. I don't often buy online I hope this helps for the low stars for carpet samples.”
