Cannot even get this unit up and running , despite the troubleshooting guide and trying the procedures to get it to work. Called two different customer service #'s for help and and hold for several minutes before finally hanging up. Also went to website and ended up emailing. Hope the response time is better than customer service responses. Sending back for a refund. Still waiting for email reply.

The salesperson that I had told me that I'd have the new model. But I didn't get it. I got the old model. Apparently, the new model isn't available yet, so why did she tell me that it was???The good news is that you can wear the old model backwards so that the peeping light doesn't drive me crazy. The good news is that I can wear it to bed and it doesn't go off when I turn in bed. Apparently, when it is ready - the customer has to buy the new model outright. I hope that it won't cost too much and turning over in bed won't set it off.

There was no service at my dads so he was unable to use the device. Customer service was very helpful and returned his money. Thank you

The system does not always seem to work when we test it out. How do we fix this issue?

I sent the unit back for credit. The phone salesman told me wrong and I wanted the small white unit with red button. He told me it would work any where; in the car, at relatives home, shopping, everywhere. I want full credit and pay my return shipping costs, UPS $15.
