“Hi I have given them 5 stars but when I first contacted them I was not at all happy, my wife insisted I call as she was certain we had a Yezo bear in our garden so I rang these expecting a Cost and delivery time of a Japanese Akita dog ... wow was I surprised when they said that they were in fact an IT company !!! Luckily for me I also had an IT issue that they sorted in double quick time so although initially unhappy they astonished me with their superb customer experience. Well done and even better if you also sold dogs !!!”
